Not good value. This quarter chicken portion has to be from the smallest chicken in existence. And mostly bone. You can't see them package takeout orders because chicken station is behind a wall. My bad not reviewing the food before paying and leaving. Could have bought a whole cooked chicken at the supermarket for the same price.

I ordered almost $50 worth of food today in plans of making it last the weekend and including an extra meal to eat in the car. As we were cashing out I was asked for hot sauce and utensils. Said yes to both. I asked for extra hot sauce which she only provided 1. As we opened everything up and prepared to eat we realized there were no utensils in the bag. My boyfriend went back in the store and to his surprise the older woman who served us with the glasses said “I am not giving you more forks they are in the bag, the girl saw”. My boyfriend felt uncomfortable and didnt want to make a scene since other customers were there. We then were forkless so luckily the bakery next door gave us forks with ZERO QUESTIONS!

2nd point. Another time we asked for extra hot sauce and the woman LITERALLY faked getting hot sauce and put her hand in the bag.

Just terrible customer service and very upsetting that we’ve had 2 bad experiences/moments back to back.

Since the owner left to run the 2nd location, the quality has gone down.
Today no potatoes during the dinner rush (7pm) and was told none for the rest of the day. Last week the ran out of chicken (again at 7pm). When you order Portuguese Chicken it is ALWAYS chicken, potatoes and rice. To the own PLEASE fix this, I have been going to restaurant since you first open and would hate to go else because your replacement can't figure out how to portion prep.

This place is the best for Portuguese chicken and potatoes/rice. The food had my mouth watering. The employees are all very nice and understanding. The prices are also very understandable for the food that is served. I will definitely be going again.

Delicious foods and very generous portions. Affordable price and the staffs and owners are very nice and welcoming. Highly recommended and this will be my go to restaurant whenever I will be craving for Delicious portuguese meal.

I’ve been a customer here for 15 years, but today was my last day. I used to come with my dad and sisters every week, now I can’t that often … but when I’m craving meat I would drive all the way here for a beef a la casa. But today I went with my mom, and we ordered medium term but it came rare … extremely rare, veggies and potatoes cold and my steak definitely didn’t have the right flavour (and trust me, I know what a good steak is, this one taste like old meat) … and that’s ok …. Things can happen right? But what make me take the decision is the way customer service has become … lady was really angry at our observations, and they hired now Spanish speaking people which is great … funny and ironic part. Mexican guy on the grill won’t talk to you in Spanish even if you talk to them in Spanish … my brother in law went the other and he speaks 0 English … I told him you are ok.there are Spanish people there …. My brother in law felt humiliated by this guy (I know it’s not you obligation but come oooonnnn!) if you go to an Italian, Portuguese, Spanish store you hope for certain language help right? Anyways …. It’s really bad when a business losses clients because of its employees.

Always good. We usually go for lunch Fresh salads and chicken right off the grill. Some of the usual Portuguese dishes as well.

First time customer loved it, chicken was so good, sides were excellent great portions and fair prices

It was my first time visiting this place and the chicken was absolutely amazing. While their menu is not extensive, you know this is a good place when they focus on just a few items for customers. The staff are very friendly too.

I really liked that the chicken was very tender, and juicy. It was freshly made too and you can see them roasting it on the rotisserie. I had the chicken wirh the potatoes and small cod potato salad. All so delicious! This place is becoming one of my top churrasquierias now in this city! Will definitely come back again soon.

There is a Bakery right next door which is a real treat too!
