In a small plaza, glad there is a CIBC bank. The parking lot is a squeeze but still not annoying.

Parking near the CIBC bank looks like it is better.
I liked this ATM because you could go to it at anytime. Now, they changed and they closed the doors where you no longer can use the ATM after 8pm. I think it is extrememly disappointing because I have come to use the ATM sometimes after midnight. Why? This is such an inconvenience. I didn't know where the next nearest CIBC atm was for me to go to. So I had to use a convenience store atm where they charge an extra $3.50. Very frustrating.
The least I think the bank can do is, let the customer know on the window where you posted the NEW and INCONVENIENT hours for the customer and CONVENIENT hours only for the bank where the next CIBC atm available is after 8pm. So the customer can go there and not have to deal with any service charge fee. If I had known where the next nearest CIBC atm machine was that was open 24hours, I would have gone. Not everyone has data on the phone. I had a GPS however you put in CIBC and it gives you the one you are at.
Please, make it easier for the customers. Make the atm available 24hours again.

ATM is not open 24 hours like most CIBC locations. This is especially annoying because they are a ‘cash only at ATM’ branch.

Used to be good place to visit before.
Probably management changed since last year. When you enter in the mornings there is loud rap music from the managers room and they don't want to work with customers send you back telling that there is no professional staff right now to help you and we will call you back even if you had made appointments. Is there any central management controlling these guys?

Had the worst banking experience ever. Employees could be so disrespectful… and customers are not valued… they delay in everything. I have experienced 3 people who closed down there account, and I am doing the same soon. Bye CIBC.

Standing in the bank for 15 minutes, no one at the reception, no one even bothers to come and check periodically.extremely poor customer service!
I understand during COVID times the man power is less but they need to scale up how to better manage this!
I came in before a gentleman and still they did not ask me before they asked the gentleman. I mean you really got to have a blind eye if you can’t see the line or is it just that I am Disappointed I chose this as my bank or may be that I chose to drop into this branch.
Just a good word for the guy who helped me.very knowledgeable and was very fast and really helped me out with precision!

No point of going to branch without tellers. Whoever thought this good idea has to rethink n bring back tellers.

A female employee named emily was the best employee who did the job very quickly and kindly. I think her bosses should praise her for her, she has been to several cibc banks near my house, but she has provided her the best service.

All machines in this location need a envelope for deposits which at most times have none provided. On the other hand, other major banks have DOES NOT REQUIRE ENVELOPE FOR MACHINE DEPOSITS. What an inconvenience banking with CIBC.

Horible customer service. Does not matter if you are a long-time CIBC customer or a new one you are treated at this particular branch like garbage. They will look for any excuse and will find any reason to refuse serving you, then not having much of another choice you go to any other CIBC branch and the exact same service under the exact same conditions will be gladly provided to you without any problems. The clients are treated with total disregard and disrespect while the branch employees and the managers are speaking among themselves in Farsi. If you are with CIBC’s go to ANY other branch but than one.
