CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM only)

I’ve been with this branch since I was a teen.and this review is hard to write but something needs to be done! I’ve seen how the branch has dramatically gone downhill.it’s so sad to see. I just got a call today from a rep leaving me a message that she has something important to tell me about my account. I got worried so I immediately called them back to realize she just wanted to walk through my account.like.who is training these people? !

Very unprofessional customer service. I have never experienced such a poor service at any CIBC location. I felt very uncomfortable by the man who seemed to be the supervisor there. Extremely disappointed!

This CIBC bank location is very unprofessional and completely unorganized. They are slow to get anything done (if they follow through at all), and overall care very little about customer service. I would recommend using any other CIBC branch then this one. Very disappointed.

Harpreet was a very knowledgeable and thoughtful representative at the bank. When he ran into an issue he took the initiative and connected with the home branch that needed to approve something and he contacted multiple people to ensure that he could solve my problem. Understandably because of the complexity I had to come back the next day. But when I did he had sorted everything out with the other branch that morning and have me printouts. Awesome job!

This location doesn’t have counter, such a big place but can’t handle cash unless you use ATM Machine.

Very nice location, it’s all renovated and has a tech area to do your banking on available mobile devices which is very neat. There is a security guard around at all times which is nice. Most of the staff is extremely helpful and eager to assist, however there are a couple of
Employees who don’t care about you at all, and are quite dismissive. I just avoid them and go to the helpful ones. Keep in mind, there are no tellers at this location, it is mostly self serve.

Very unprofessional, the bank did not fulfill its end of a promotion nor did it offer any compensation. Will not choose CIBC again.
