CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM only)

Even though it took me 2 bus rides, I decided to go there based on this review. And I am glad that I did it. My appointment for International student's first ever chequing bank account set-up was with Diljot Singh. He was very understanding and professional about my situation, so he explained a lot of details and even has jotted down main points so that i can remember them. Thank you

I opened my account here. Though my appointment was for 5 pm. Dilojit Singh helped out to do it a hour prior. He was really exceptional.

CIBC is removing all tellers and the ability to deal with cash.

They got rid of all the tellers and made this a useless branch thats only good for ATM use. Unreal. They used to have great customer service and teller staff and were fast and everything. Now I have to drive another 20 minutes almost to find a location with actual tellers. UNREAL.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Especially from Kapil, one of the Senior Financial Services Representatives. Anything I need help with or any issues I have he is there to help! The CIBC customer service at this location has made my banking/financial life easier and stress-free.

So branch is open till 7, but tellers only work till 5? And the lady looks at me like i am the cazy one!
