CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM only)

I am very much Thankful to this branch. Because literally I am delighted about their kind support, friendliness, clear explanation and very helpful. I would always wanted to go to this branch and I would recommend family as well. Really bad customer service! I started doing business with CIBC they were really nice and offered to not charge me service fees and gave me any product I wanted. They set up expectations. This year, I guess business is FAR too good for Manager Amy and her staff at Fredrick Street Mall CIBC, because they won't wave the yearly service charges they have FOR MANY YEARS in the past on my chequing account. No problem, BMO looked the Online Banking after I logged into it at the bank and they offered to give me FREE Chequing Account if I bring over only my investments! I discourage anyone from doing business with CIBC but I totally recommend people NEVER use this CIBC at Fredrick Street Mall.

No tellers anymore.just ATMs and people who direct you to them. I kinnda liked it better before they changed it

I love this branch! I was having huge problems with my credit card that they were able to solve it. They where very friendly and helpful, overall I’m very satisfied with the customer service I received.

I used to come here weekly to deposit money into my accounts but since they implemented the teller machines to deposit money I stop going here and other CIBCs with the same situations.

The first and only time I ever used an ATM at the branch to deposit money into my account, it displayed an error message and some of my money got stuck in the machine. I was then told to wait from that friday night to wait till Wednesday for the money that got stuck to be processed. In short I used the new machines and it jammed

Hate the changes, there is no more people there to help us. Really getting tired of CIBC, going to look for a new bank that has actual people there to help.

I have gotten change here before no problems and no questions asked but today was told after my change was already given to me that they don't give change to non CIBC clients so I guess I won't be back.

Terrible service and financial advice at this branch. Needs repeated visits for very basic transactions due to lost/missing paper work, every single time.
