CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM only)

First time coming to this location. It’s a smaller branch, but nice. Staff are patient & very helpful

Just had one of my best bank experiences period with financial consultant Jean. Great to speak to someone who takes the time to go over all of your investments and future plans without making you feel like you are just another customer. It felt like I was visiting a friend.

They shut off the atm to do maintenance but failed to indicate that in anyway to their customers. Myself and others were waiting well over 40 minutes until we finally found out they would be shut off for another two hours. When asked why they didn't inform the customers, the technician shrugged and said we could have been waiting for a bus. Very unprofessional and rude.
