Best CIBC brach I ever went in my life.
As soon as I went in for my appointment, I was helped by the staff and financial representative did an awesome job for helping me with multiple inquires at once on the spot. What’s even better was she was very kind and nice and even walked me to the door for exit.
Best customer service in my life and will never forget the gratitude to the staffs.

I have been with CIBC for many years and this is the first branch where you are not just another person in the line that they serve. You are greeted with a smile, they are super helpful and remember what you did the last time you are there. I even know the manager's first name, because he cares enough to talk to his customers! Ed and his team have always been very attentive and go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of.
