At 9: 45am on a Thursday within their operating hours, the branch is still gated up, with no staff to be seen. I went thru a gap to go inside to the branch. The greeter came out from the cafeteria with her coffee and told me to wait because she has system problems. Excuses after, I finally get to tell her I’m just trying to close a checking account. More reasons on what she cannot do with her computer, I finally got passed to another lady from an office inside… more waiting just to do a simple transaction that they didn’t allow me to do it over the phone, terrible in branch experience. By the time I left the branch passed 10am, it is still gated… no one seemed to care, what a weird and unprofessional branch. Do not recommend.

It’s been over 4 days of visiting the branch agin and again only to be able to access on own cards and money and still unable to do so. Acting dumb shouldn’t be a response to a customers problem. Truly the worst bank to ever exist.
