Worst costumer service ever. I am standing in front of counter. Lady was so rude I went there 2 weeks ago to get an appointment for credit card but they said we can book your appointment but I didn’t get any call And then i go back there i just ask her can you just gave me appointment but she said we are fully booked for next 2 days we can’t do any thing. In that mean time there’s an other family just came and they ask
For appointment and they gave them an appointment. I ask the lady can i get appointment because you gave them appointment and then she said sorry sir that was our last appointment there is no way i go there first she asked me we are fully booked and they gave them an appointment. Very bad experience old staff was Nice and new staff are very rude. Just go another bank instead of this derry and bronte branch. Do not recommend this place.

What a terrible branch. No help. No returned calls ever, even though their message states they will return your call before the end of the day. Been banking with CIBC for 40 years and never had such terrible service at a CIBC branch. Shameful display of business practice.

Worst and I mean the worst banking location I have ever attended in my life. You will not get a hold of someone even if you leave non stop voicemails.

Have called this branch on 3 separate occasions and although their voicemail says they will return my call by end of business day I am still awaiting a call back. That was 3 weeks ago. I guess they don’t want my business and I now understand why they receive such poor reviews.

Had a complaint to the Manager at this location Ankur his customer service skills are extremely poor he takes care of customers that he spoke to after me. I had a issue with a transaction that was not completed so I got charged twice. His colleague made me wait 25 minutes to speak to him about this issue after waiting on hold and them calling the toll free Cibc line they did not end up crediting my own money back they even told me after waiting 40 minutes that I have to leave because there closed now and then told me they would notify me the next day the verdict. I called this location several times and they are not answering there phone now I find this extremely disrespectful and understand that this is not how you treat a customer since 2010. I have filed a complaint with Cibc on this incident and will recommend that if you do your banking here please drive down the street to other locations in Milton or visit the branch manager David Soares in Georgetown which I should of done because this branch Manager Ankur has a attitude and needs to learn customer service skills!

This branch was one of my main reason to get struggled and broken financially for over 4 years. I had a personal loan that started with 1.8% and within a year they jumped the interest form 1.8% to 7.4%. That was my main reason to get broken financially more and more. I left them now and my financial position at the day I started with them was away better from the day I left them. I am now with another bank and today my financial situation is better than the day I left this CIBC branch. This is how you should evaluate the bank you put your trust in

The ATM will not accept cheques to deposit. It just wrinkles your cheques and spits them back out. Staff inside dont believe it. Staff inside refuse to social distance or wear masks properly.

My dad and mom visited the branch. They had to wait there for 30 mins and came back. There was one person who was trying to help everyone but taking much longer with each customer. When our turn came, he asked us to wait on one side and he will assist us later, bench manager and other staff were walking and apologizing but nothing more. We told them that we are leaving and they were fine with it.

Recieved a damaged bill from drive through machine, went in to tell them and they won't take their damaged bill back as there is no cash or tellers to help me.really?

Thank you for the amazing experience, regarding a new mortgage and a new account. Jay, the mortgage advisor was extremely professional and made everything very easy. We felt like we had personal service. Also, Yashwant helped us to open our accounts and answered all our questions: very professional and a good customer service

No tellers! -terrible. Other employees are too lazy, sitting back in their offices while the line builds. No one helping out. Glad they could save a buck with less staff!

The worst finance advisor I have met so far. Person from this branch advised me to switch to fix mortgage when everybody expects interest to be cut (actually my mortgage is variable). There is no anymore tellers. Except withdraw money from ATM everything else I can do from home. Bad customer service too. I will switch to different branch or bank.

Worst customer service! Wait in line forever and I booked an appt for 1pm and they had me waiting in the chairs for two hours! I am so disgusted by their customer service and definitely changing branches. Never been so irritated in my life. If I could give it less than one star I would

So sad as this is the only location within walking distance for me. Went from poor service to no service. What's the point of this location? No tellers anymore and new atms are limited in what they can do compared to before. The one star is for the drive through atm. Please rethink this setup and offer normal services people expect from a bank. I hope no other branches turn into this.

Would give zero stars.every time I come in there is only one person behind the counter and a bunch walking around (to which I'm sure they could jump behind the counter if needed. It's been nearly 50 minutes and I'm still in line

Absolutely terrible service. Only one lady working at the counter. Everyone was frustrated. I waited 40 minutes to get a simple transaction complete. I told the manager on duty they should have more people working the counter. He smirked and claimed two people are on lunch but I believe it was a lie and they are simply not staffed properly. I love cibc but will not go back to this branch ever again.

I personally hate CIBC, they treat me like a criminal with my own money and this location in particular is frustrating, not every teller is capable of helping you and you usually end up running into problems that you went in to have fixed in the first place! Never in my life have I had this many issues with a bank I regret switching!

Excellent customer service, my husband and I came in late, exactly half an hour before the bank closes, however managed to get everything we needed and even extra. Their staff is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. One of the best banking experiences so far.
