Horrible customer service. The staff is so rude. Even if you come in with a bright smile and positive attitude, the staff don't care. They make you feel like you're a burden.

Very racist. I find it hard to believe no one but Indians applied to work here. These people treat you like you are trying to scam your own account if you arnt Indian. Needs complete overhaul

This location does not have tellers. Miss the feeling of walking into a bank and talking to a live person.
Its amazing how much you can do with an atm and online banking.
Are tellers still needed?
