CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM Only)

Worst service, worst bank never recommend to anybody. I visited the store 2 times still they havent solved my issue and everytime I go there they just tell that, we have solved your issue but they never solved. I tried calling them and they just kept me waiting hours. Worst experince. Even 1 star is more than what the service deserve otherwise i would be rating them in negative.

Incredibly slow and frustrating, i had to spend 2 hours for a 5 mins transaction here, and i am pretty sure whoever was helping me wasnt herself. Dissappointing

I want there and found no staff serving anyone. Ppl had lined up for almost 20 minutes. Only 2 person from inside the rooms came forward to help couple of people when he was requested by ppl lined up. Very bad service.

Why is Zero stars not an option?

Only 1 teller/assistant.
Absolutely terrible customer service here! Super frustrating.
