Edit: Actual manager reached out to me and was very pleasant to deal with. Turns out I had been dealing with a non-manager but employee of branch. Manager assured me they would speak to staff about issue. Being followed up with makes a big difference.

Some staff are friendly and nice, but when I have to deal with a certain manager, she ruins my experience every single time. She pushes products and services that I don't want, didn't ask for, and are not in my best interest. It is very disturbing to always be pushed at this branch for products that cost more and have annual service fee's, especially when I specifically ask for ones that don't. I know what I need to manage my budget, but she doesn't care, she just wants to push money making products to better herself. In the end I get what I want, but its always a fight. Your best going to a different branch where they care more about their customers.

One of the worst customer experiences I have had. Specifically a worker by the name Anuradha Gulati was assisting me. I asked if she could help me get some statements. She was very condescending and was extremely rude. Not only that she was bad mouthing a previous worker who had assisted me prior saying he’s no longer with them and that whatever he had told me was a lie. I was very taken back and long story short I had to go to another branch for someone to assist me because she lied saying she couldn’t assist me with getting the statements even though the other branch was able to provide me with it with ease.

In in this crazy times, I would expect our banks to show us support, I have waited online for half an hour then I was transferred to a closed office, I called again and waited another half an hour, after telling them what happened they apologized and again transferred me to a closed office. I can’t reach them via email, or phone. The online services at this time are limited. A great disappointment.

If you don't have machines that can handle coin.maybe don't remove tellers. CIBC has got to have the worse iniatives out of all the banks. Maybe spend some money to get better receipt machines like all the other banks.

My Business account is with them, and I'm having the worst experience and it is still going on not solved, the staff member ZHEN DONG opened the account with wrong info, after 5 months of no luck with MR. DONG, I contacted the branch manager LINA ELMAN, she asked me to send my account issues details by email and she will follow up with me, never happened and after 1 more month I had to contact the OMBUDSMAN office to get one of the problem solved, they messed with my account and incorporation info and I am not sure if it will be resolved soon
Don't waste your time and don't trust them, not a professional branch

Worst branch, would not recommend anyone to go here. For every question and concern, their answer is "did you try looking online" and we "we got to call". Did I mention this is an atm branch, so theirs no transactions and normal banking. Very disappointed with this branch, gunna consider switching over to a bank in the area that's not only ATM

Come in a Saturday afternoon during office hours. Around 6-8 customers waiting in the lobby. No bank agent appears at all. Worst customer ever. Never go to this place for banking.

They're so rude to me, especially the Chinese guy. I want to cancel my mutual funds account and he wants me to promote other products. I said not. And don't talk more. He said that he did not want to handle my request.how rude they are.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service! Rude and unhelpful staff both in person and on the phone. Will be taking my business elsewhere!
