CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM only)

Today talked to a lady (probably her name was “ Ann “) and she asked for some documents i ddnt have with me then i brought them and went back to her then she tells me again that i have to have my sin number, i provided my sin number then she asked for the actual sin number PAPER that NOBODY HAS EVER ASKED ME THAT! Or i have to go to another branch!

Seems like she ddnt want to do anything but wasting time!

ATM is usually closed early at nights!

The worst branch in the Area!

The service was down and then they took longer than in other branches to fix my issue. The staff was nice enough tho.

Terrible service. Throwback to 4 generations ago, and NOT in a good way.

Branch is open and hours are to 8pm on Thursdays. I could walk through the front door. However, the tellers were CLOSED FOR BUSINESS! I could not deposit cheques without having a bank card which, for this account, I did not have at the time I wished to make the deposit.
