CIBC Branch with ATM

I want to share honest review about Faiza working at CIBC islington and steeles branch.
She is always ready to help to the fullest and she is great what she does at.
I would and definitely recommend all viewers to have banking services done from her to get outmost quality service.

Worst service ever. Booked an appointment to open a business account, and the person took 2+ hours to do it. She keeps pushing us away as if we are not giving her a business. Very incompetent personnel, you are better off going to a different bank.

Swapnil Patel is the worst financial services representative at the branch. He does not pick calls nor call back despite leaving numerous voice messages, no matter how urgent and important is the issue. This kind of customer service is not what we want as a customer. There are many banks that we can opt for instead of CIBC. Soon I will be leaving the bank.

Pina the branch manager was very helpful and the staff is very helpful. Line went fast and there is Security on hand so I felt safe

I will start saying this, Do NOT GO IN THIS BRANCH at all!
Many reasons different time I went there to do minimal things and l tried to avoided to go inside:
First episode
• they have couple senior worker include the manager they treat people like a garb $&&& I’ve been seen that.
• second, I went to ask for an appointment and the other lady was banging stuff on her desk complaining how clients decide to come an specific time she was like she was very tired and want it to go.
I was shocked and waited for other person to talked to me.
• third episode
Again went for another appointment
And the person who was talking to me went to I believe to the manager to ask some question she was on the phone. Ok understand that but the lady tried to let her know if she could take someone she decide to ignore her instead to tell her no or simple shake her head
She completely ignore her and let her stand for few minutes then she came to me and she will book another appointment.
Great.

Finally when I went to my appointment I saw a lady named Neelakshi associate financial advisor
Omg
I went to open an specific account
First thing she said to open this account she has to check your my credit score (I was ok with that)
I was like okeyyyyy very interesting
And asking me for some documents I tried to explained like I only have does documents an a specific number she insist she need a certificate I said oh okeyyyyy she gave me a panflet and explains something but then it was so quiet and she don’t want to tell people what it is about how you can do certain things this is was very uncomfortable and she was irritated.
Any way in all aspect this is the worst place to go to deal with any issue.
Don’t know why this place still operating when they don’t have customer services.

Terrible customer service, they treat you as you are a beggar. Teller to the Manager should be replaced in this branch. Never been treated like this in any other banks. Can not believe this branch is operating in Canada.

If u wanna come here expect to wait for 30 min in line workers do not know what they are doing.

I just came to solve a little issue and the bank is closed and there’s more than 20 mins left.either commit to the opening hours or alter it

Horrible customer service starting from the bank manager down. From the moment you walking in the staff looks at you like your are a criminal or something. I would avoid this bank unless you’re of Italian descend if you know what I mean. Too bad I can’t give it 0 stars because that one gold star is too good for this establishment.

Terrible customer service, the cashier at the counter was extremely rude and refused to give me my money. I am a long time cibc customer and have never had a branch treat me like this!

The best Cibc in town! Phenomenal service and very nice security guard. Safe branch and excellent tellers!
