Tracy Liu, the teller assisting me, appeared to have an attitude issue from the moment I approached the counter. Despite being polite and patient, I was met with dismissiveness.she refused to provide service and claim she has many important things to do.

After waiting for three days without receiving any verification for the bank draft, I decided to return to the branch to inquire about the status of my request. To my surprise, the verification fax from another branch was sitting on the printer, untouched for the past three days. While earlier, She claims the branch never receive any request. This indicated a lack of attention and responsibility on the part of the branch staff, particularly Tracy.

Open Saturdays according to here, but sign on the door today and on another recent Saturday say they are not open Saturday

The queue may look short at first but it's extremely slow moving. The 'customers' here are mostly bored China-born seniors who need someone to translate them everything into Mandarin, including unrelated newspaper ads. Stay away.

I have been there today, there customer service is very poor. The person who’s helping me her name is Tracy, she doesn’t even know how to speak and not well mannered, she didn’t even listen my words what I was trying to say. Very poor customer servicing.

Please be careful. Especially seniors. My mom who is 75years old deposit $500 into her own account. She counted 5 $100 bills (total $500) in front of the teller. And when the teller took the cash and recounted it. She said to my mom. “It is only $400”. My mom said “it is not possible”, I just counted in front of you. Ask her to check surveillance cameras and after a short argument Then teller said she realized she dropped one bill on the floor.

I had a very bad experience at this branch. I did not feel welcomed. I was told to leave because other customers had booked an appointment even though my request did not require an appointment. I would not recommend going to this branch

CIBC is a terrible bank,this branch is the most terrible branch of CIBC. So for your health please leave here ASAP.

It's fine to a certain extent, but the staff seemed unfriendly and they refused to let anyone use the bathroom, so we had to walk all the way to Dragon City Mall to find one.

Got a random cold call from one of the Reps here (Raymond) for no good reason. I've never even been to that branch. Ridiculous.

Served by the two Representative Johnson Huang and Sigeng Du. As a result of their services it was a very bad customer service experience. I then spoke with Diana Wu, the Branch Manager. She did not taking the time to understand my concern and advised that I don’t know you so the transaction could not be processed. It was clearly that she did not value my business and the services she provided was unprofessional and the decision she made it was very poor and lacked of knowledge and experience in terms of HOW to handle in this particular situation given I have a very long-term relationship with the Bank.

This branch Doesn’t help you to the extent that they could. I had to call into CIBC to get help, and they fixed my issue in under 3 minutes vs wasting 20mins with an Associate who just didn’t wanna help me, was just passing by so would usually just call.

Really like this branch. Friendly and professional staffs. Best banking experience ever. But they must be pretty tired as working both sat and sun. Appreciate their hard work though

I used this bank andcame to this exact location for more than 10 years and the front tellers used to be nice, and in recent times (starting from 5 year ago). They hired front staff who are super rude to customers, i've gotten attitude form almost every CIBC front desk teller from this location, throw my papers on the table, I am a professional with a decent amount of money in my bank account, not some homeless person walking in to deposit or takeout money. This is unacceptable and NOT how you run a bank.

Very inconsiderate staff and long line. They will insisted that you come in person for something they can clearly explain over the phone or via email.

Worse cibc location in the area, one counter service with 20 ppl line up in most of the rush hour, the BRANCH MANAGER must be a BIG idoit.complainted many times and seem they just say yes and give No Fux

Very used ATM and the touch pad is so dirty, but good location, especially when you need cash at chinese shops.
