Qin has been our financial advisor for over 1 year and we have nothing but great things to say about her.

Qin is responsive, transparent, trustworthy and very detailed oriented. Her assistant Irene is also very helpful and responds quickly to our inquiries.

Out of all the advisors we've used so far under CIBC Imperial, she is our favourite. Qin, if you read this I hope you continue to work at this location!

Our family was re-assigned a new financial advisor - Qin and her assistant Irene.

Qin's team is responsive, proactive and very pleasant to work with. Thanks to her help, we were able to get approved for a mortgage within a tight deadline.

I would recommend working with Qin for your financial advising needs. She responds really fast through email and is in constant communication with us.

I was lining up in morning and it was super hot outside. The branch had set up the CIBC tent for customers and giving out water bottles. This was a very good customer service experience and i felt warmly welcome. Impressive.

Ive visited this location many times, always surprised by their friendly staff and professional advices. Manager Kerry Liu was really helpful

If I could, I'd give this place a 0 star.
I was with my elderly mother at this branch last week in the afternoon. There was a line-up of people during the hot weather and no chairs for elderly to sit on, so my mother waited in the car while I held the spot in line.
The most frustrating thing was that there were only 2 representatives working, even though there was a huge line outside. I understand they were bilingual yet neither I, my mother or my brother who was with us could understand what the representatives were saying properly! My mother quickly finished and didn't bother asking about switching her account and left it for another day because she had already spent so long trying to speak with them and was tired. The representatives spoke very quickly and were very dismissive, a few others who were not of the same race were clearly frsutrated by this service as well. I don't want to sound rude, but I think the workers should have at least spoken more slowly since it was difficult to understand what they were saying with their thick accents.
I would also like to point out that they suddenly closed right after we finished and there was an uproar about how the updated hours were not posted and the people who had been standing in line for a long time weren't notified by employees that they were closing soon.
Overall just a really bad impression from CIBC and the lack of staff and care for customers is just too bad.

I've never used CIBC in my entire life. But, Huey convinced me otherwise. He was so helpful and engaging that I just had to give it a try. Cannot thank this branch enough.

One of the best CIBC branches I've been to in the area. When I was there, I didn't have to wait too long and the staff, particularly Huey, were very polite and friendly while helping me sort out what I needed.

Worst place to ask for Proof of funds letter so don’t bother coming here. Staff wasn’t helpful and ask for extra charge on some kind of “special letter”. End up giving me a paper that I would have just printed it myself at home.

Best CIBC branch in Scarborough
this is the best CIBC branch I've ever visited in scarborough area.staff are friendly and professional.when i was in the line, a consultant named Leah came up and asked me if i need any helps.after talking with her, she led me to an office and introduced a colleague to me.they both discussed with me regarding my financial needs and the result was satisfied.really appreciated their help. I will definitely come back to this branch again

Staff were rather patient with me as they helped sort out my troubles. Very convenient they are open on Saturday as well.

I wish I could give him 0 state I close my store and went there to transfer some money there were 2 cashier but they said we cannot do it and you have to wait 20 minutes more

I had a horrible experience in this branch of cibc, first of all when i entered there was noone at the front desk help me out and after 7 min of waiting someone finally asked me what i came for and introduced me to Rocky who literally looked like he was being forced to work there he didnt unerstand english properly and deleted the wrong account for me, he just wantes to get rid of me thats what it felt like, never going back here again i hope they train this guy with some manners and some english aswell. Wish i could give a zero star

It is nice that they are open on Sat also.

There is a huge private parking lot.

There are two buildings: one for banking and the other for mortgages and investments.

There are 2 ATMs. The teller area is large, bright and clean.

If I could give no stars I would.racist and very hostile employees I had lost my card before even asking my name and account information they shut me down and refused to look into my account and I had five kids with me absolutely no sympathy. I’m disgusted I went to a neighbouring branch and was helped without issue. Shame on all of you

Wanna get an official transition history, and the teller (Nicolas) said I can just print it by me self or they will charge 5/page, total $45. However last time I asked for it, the other teller just printed it for me without any charge.
