Would give minus 5 stars if i could.terrible service, especially the tellers.no greetings, no thank you.inside smells like the supermarket in the same plaza. ATM locked inside the plaza so it's not accessible when the plaza locked up; so it's not available 24/7.

I use only the ATM. But one day I had to go early at 6 AM for some cash. ATM means ANY TIME MONEY. But the ATM is locked inside the plaza. Which opens at 9 am. What is the point of calling it ATM. Can someone explain.

Edit: I revisited this branch and had a much better experience the second time.
If you have a business and/or looking for a mortgage, you should evaluate your situation.
For those who don't, I would stay far away from CIBC. They don't care about you as much if you only have basic personal banking. Shop around for better options.

By using CIBC for more than 15 year, I found this branch is the worst one. I called in to buy RRSP, the staff whose name is Keivin talked with me and collected all the information, and promised to process my request. However, deadline has passed, he still did not process my RRSP purchase which caused a huge issue for me. I also visited couple times, every time there were some mistakes. If possible, avoid this branch. Unprofessional service.

I went to this branch to open a student account for my son. We were told by a cashier to wait about 10-15 minutes for the person who sit in the first room from the counter. The cashier told the person we were waiting.
When we waited there for about 20 minutes, the guest came out from this room, but the banker called another lady who came later than us to go inside and told us only to print a document for her. It seems they knew each other. We waited outside for another 6-8 minutes, they were still talking inside and did not start to print anything.
I went to the door, and told the banker that we have been waiting for a long time. He said this lady had an appointment.
I just wander if the banker has an appointment, why the cashier and him did not tell us but let us wait there? If there is no appointment, why this banker treat customer like this?
