I had an issue where I had to get a copy of a bank draft from a few years ago. The bank manager, Anup, was extremely helpful. He provided us with excellent service and was able to get this for us quickly and efficiently. We dealt with other staff at this branch who were also very friendly and helpful. Anup followed up with us to make sure we received what we needed. This is one of the best branches I have dealt with and would highly recommend them.

The staff is professional and helpful.
Best financial advice was provided by cibc advisor Alana varghese she listened to all the questions and provided answers regarding my accounts and investment which turned out to be very helpful.

We visited several branches of CIBC Bank, but this one was the best. I definitely want to mention advisor Ainee Farhan, who is very kind and helped us with our questions.

Takes forever to get a meeting, and then meeting time is insufficient. Online processes said they opened an account but it wasn’t actually open.

Horrible Service, today I've been there to deposit my paycheck at this location and I requested them to release the check right away. They said no expectation could be made, I asked the representative that I wanted to talk to the manager and she suddenly went inside and came with a negative answer; said "my manager is not here" however unfortunately, I saw the manager she was working at the back. Anyways, later on I called the call center and they released almost the whole amount for me.

The service at this branch was excellent and quick. Ainee was extremely helpful and gave a detailed explanation for the products and answered all my questions in an extremely professional manner. She was also very quick with setting up my new account and completing all the necessary paperwork. Happy to visit the Branch and will highly recommend.

The Manager of this Branch is very unprofessional and rude.
I've been a customer with CIBC for 16 yrs.
I took the morning off work to cash my payroll cheque at the Meadowvale branch in Mississauga because I am purchasing a vehicle today.
I cashed a payroll cheque two weeks ago at a Oakville branch with no hassles and the Manager there was very helpful.
My companys has a CIBC business account and the Manager of Meadowvale still would not cash it and turned me away.
Now I'm left scambling to cash my payroll cheque before I lose the vehicle.
Very very very poor customer service on the part of the Manager.

Went to this bank with very tiny information, Ms Hadil clearly explained about the plan/packages and helped to open new account. Very professional and also friendly. Clarified all the doubts. Happy to start with CIBC and hope i wil not regret.

I am an International student came here to open a bank account, my advisor was Mrs. Hadil Hosairmi, she is such a great advisor, she was very friendly and explained everything in the detail, loved the experience at this branch.

Extremely slow service it’s like they have sloths for tellers and the lady in the lobby with the scaryeyes needs to learn customer service skills you can’t stare at people and make them feel uncomfortable then yell at them when they ask you a question - that’s your job learn how to do it

I went here a couple of weeks ago to open an account. Ms. Hadil was the one who helped me with the service and she was exceptional. Great customer service experience, I promised her to submit a review but I was really busy. She deserves a great review, she was very helpful, kind, professional, and helpful. Thank you!

I’ve been banking with CIBC since I immigrated here in 1996 and give them nothing but praise.

However, when it came time for me to purchase a home and get a mortgage I did not receive the best customer service and loyalty.

Long story short, they did not initially match the interest rate that TD Bank was offering me. Only once I committed to TD Bank then they decided to match rate. By that time I already committed to TD Bank.

I will continue to do my personal banking with CIBC but if further mishaps occur in the future I will not hesitate to switch banks.

I can't believe all the negative reviews. The staff is so welcoming, smiling and professional. I have been here twice, once for forex and then for bank draft, both times it didn't take me more than 3 minutes. Easy and fast in and out. The staff wanted to make sure that I have right bills that I was looking for. I can say this branch is much better than CIBC's Erin mills one.

Very bad experience with this branch, the manager doesn’t solve the issue. They have my money on hold for more than 6 months until now and still on hold. They don’t pickup my calls or voicemails and barley on the email! No one takes any actions in issues not even the head branch. I don’t recommend CLBC bank to anyone!

I had read the reviews on this page before but despite that decided to visit the branch. I have never felt sooo frustrated at a branch (WAITED FOR 1 AND A HALF HOURS without getting what I came for). I've been a loyal customer of CIBC, but after this experience I am thinking about changing banks. A trainer was trying to help me with my work, so I was patient and was waiting for him to figure out how things are done. But I started getting irritated when 3 different supervisors came and told him different things and just left saying they are busy (while I could see one of them just standing and chatting with others working in the bank- UNPROFESSIONAL). I STILL CANT BELIEVE THIS IS A REAL CIBC BANK, VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Date June 23,2021 My appointment with Agnesa at 1pm.
She took an other person in front of me. She asked me to wait, still she didnot take me until 1: 29pm. I had to leave the bank due to other work.
CIBC must show responsibility to the valuable time of their clients.

I just use this bank to order foreign currency when travelling ect. I went January 15 to deposit $100 australian in my account- They had to send the money away to exchange to canadian and they said it will be deposited in my account in a week or 2-. 5 weeks later i went to enquire where my money was and they said they'll look into it- fast forward to 2 1/2 months later and still no money! And no one contacted me with a follow up! So i had to go and inquire AGAIN! I am still waiting!

Always waiting.and the teller served a customer who came after me first, I mean she literally ask me what I want, told her then she was oh, well its going to be a long wait for you.all I needed was some coins.

Just opened up a new account after BMO mishandled a fraud issue with my account. I was working with Alana Varghese and she was very friendly, gave me the appropriate information and options for my specific banking needs. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the other employees. We were interrupted a few times by other employees. It was rude.

To be clear Alana was very professional and courteous, it was the other employees who interrupted.

This is the worst bank branch i’ve ever visited. The employees are unhelpful and slow even when the branch isn’t busy. The manager Fatima Paula is bad at dealing with customers. The branch also lacks diversity in its employment practices; in such a diverse city like Mississauga, there are mainly indians working at this branch.

No one here knows how to do anything, even the managers for god's sake can't run the bank correctly. I had an issue that where I had to go from one CIBC branch to another. Disgrace of a bank.

This bank is conveniently located in the plaza. I just go to the machines to get money. Never had to deal with humans which I prefer.

I wish i gave them negative, Branch Manager (Fatima Paula), always acting she hates her job she always never ready to good customer service. We had a business account with CIBC since 2014, and close our account end of 2016 because of this people behaviour & attitude. She is so rude and never listening to the customers. Last Friday we been there with our CRA cash cheque, but she refused to help us, even on the back of the cheques everything explains how they should clear that cheque but she always argue with the customers and then we go to RBC bank and they were cash right away. Now I'll never go back this bank anymore and let my all friends and family know don't waste your time to go this bank for any services.
