They never ever answer the phone NEVER EVER. When you go inside and ask a question, they seem Annoyed that they have to do something.
Never ever witnessed a bank like this in my entire life.

I am not sure how is this not a common sense, but you can’t have 2 out of 5 tellers working in the lunch hours when you have a line to the street.

Redeeming factor is the cleanliness and that the branch is bigger than the ones nearby. It's a good branch to use their ATM machines but that's basically it. Horrible staff. One time we needed to book an appointment with a financial advisor and the lady in the front is rude and very dismissive, not just to us but to other customers too. Seriously CIBC, there are other nicer and more competent staff that you can hire to be a front liner instead of someone who cannot be bothered. Better take note of the negative reviews this branch is getting and take a closer look at your staff.

Edit: We recently visited the branch to use the machine and their entire system was down, teller service and the office computers included. We asked a lady staff if it's a Canada wide issue, so we can either go to another branch to use the ATM or call it a day. She answered "I don't know, I'm new in Canada to know that. " I'll give her points for being accommodating, but felt uneasy knowing this is the mindset of the staff (that seems to lack proper training) that handles people's finances.

Bad experience with CIBC, over a month and my refunded transaction is holding, call over call and everytime they asking for 24 to 48 hours bit nothing, pathetic

All calls go to voicemail. Client time is not respected. A commitment for a scheduled telephone call appointment was not kept. This was by no means the first episode of bad service. Obviously, by extension, our investments are not respected. As my financial products reach their maturity dates, all will be transferred to another banking institution. This branch 07612, seems to have the highest incidence of complaints. Yet, the only thing that changes is the decor.

The doors to the external atm’s are also closed once the bank is closed. Go to the one on Bramalea rd instead of looking for a nearby bank after hours or use the TD bank machines next door

Worst branch ever. Need to just shut it down and fire all the people who have an office here.
I came to maintain my student status. I was called in an office and wait while dude was on phone with his girlfriend, illiterate person instead of maintaining it did nothing after checking my timetable, tuition fees letter, student id told me to get an enrolment letter and in mean time he said status is on for one semester.
I said fine I’ll bring it then turns out he straight up lied and in a month I get charged over 100$ in transaction fees by cibc.

Worst branch with untrained and “Discriminative” staff. Disgusted to be a CIBC customer after visiting this branch. The staff are not aware of the bank processes and crate their own rules on the fly to escape work. I visited another branch after and the same transaction was completed smoothly without any question or issue which the staff at this branch said cannot be done.
