Although CIBC is not my primary bank, I had the most incredible experience with Mehri. I’ve never met a teller as helpful, kind, positive and really someone who provided such optimal customer service. I came in with my mom and we left just in awe. She deserves all the recognition!

Tower Hill Branch needs attention.
Perhaps this branch needs a new manager.

Educate your tellers about banking!

They do not know anything about banking other than completing simple 5-6 type of daily transactions.

This is not the CIBC that I worked as a customer for last 15 years. When I needed help, this branch has failed in multiple aspects.

I am changing my banking choice very soon.

I wish CIBC good luck with this branch.

Not responsible to follow up. I called so many times to one of the staff to open an account. I left messages and my number. She never call me back.

I received great customer service from one of the tellers today. She was considerate and kind and even wished me happy Chinese new year when she’s not Chinese herself.

We got our mortgage done through CIBC and Senior Financial Advisor Shalini Khurana gave us an excellent service. She is highly professional, knowledgeable person and her customer service is the best. We recommend CIBC to all our friends and families, specially because of the great service we got from her.

I lost my wallet that includes all my cards.
In this difficult time I feel so frustrating.
But one thing I feel so warm because CIBC staff provide warm and professional services.
Yesterday I went the branch to get new business debit card. It was 3: 45pm. All staff get intense work in whole day. I thought that I might come again. But Mr Bryan Zhang processed it and I have gotten new card before closing.
I am appreciate his professional services and warm manner.

The staff there are very helpful and friendly. The manager help me call to the credit card center and solved my problem on the spot.

Horrible wait time for teller. Only one signel teller is working. My visit time was a monday 3: 25pm (arrival) to 3: 46pm (leaving). PS: I was the first one and only one in the line.

I went to this bank as I was sent from my normal branch as it does not deal with cash. I had deposited a large sum of money by cheque which cleared in 4 days. I went to this branch under the advice from my home branch to withdraw a large sum of money that the ATM could not give me. I went in, waited in line, finally got to the teller. Told her I was sent there from another branch and that I wanted to make arrangements to pull out a large sum. Rudely she said to me twice I could take money out of the ATM. Both times I told her it was a large amount. Once in my account and seeing my balance the teller got rude, starting questioning where I got this money, where I was spending my money and why I needed a large sum. Wait.what? ! One would think that the bank would give you your money without question considering it is my money. The teller continued to accuse me of money laundering and drug dealing without looking at the details of my account. The cheque I deposited was from a lawsuit I had won. The teller continued to question what I wanted cash money for.finally I got upset and had to give information about my health in front of everyone in the bank. I ended up finally telling them how I am ill with cancer and only have so much longer to live. Something that I shouldn't have to share with everyone in the bank. I was kicked out of the bank after being told I could not have any of MY money. I went home confused, spoke to my lawyer and accountant a d was told that the bank was in the wrong and I should report them. The next day James the one manager called me to make arrangements for the next day, Saturday to pick up $25,000 from the other manager winnie. I get there, once again i was denied my money. After my cheque was cleared this bank went ahead and froze my account for 2 months for no reason at all. I had to report them to head off which in turn the head manager of this cibc and winnie called me in for a meeting. They closed my account and gave me a draft of my money. I would advise to never going here. It is one thing if a bank manager pulls you in a room to ask questions but it is totally wrong for the teller to question anyone. Plus accuse them of horrible things when all I wanted to do was withdraw a large sum of cash to spend on my kids before I die of cancer. This bank is insensitive and unprofessional. Avoid at all cost!
