A couple of the tellers are nice, aunfortunately there are never any actually working and you will wait 30 mins with 2 people in line. Definitely don't plan a quick trip here it won't happen.

We had great experience at this branch, especially with their advisor Mona Arora. She gave us very good financial advice. She has a great knowledge of various products and services offered by CIBC. She told us how we could plan our investments in a smarter way. She is very friendly and polite. Thankyou Mona for your help and guidance.

Work with financial advisor Mona at CIBC.
She helped us in making right investment decisions including TFSA and RRSP. Very knowledgeable and extremely professional financial advisor and helped us in mortgage.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Padmaja, a Financial Services Representative at CIBC Bank, and I must say that she is an exceptional professional. Padmaja is extremely hardworking and possesses a deep understanding of her job. She is adept at managing her clients and providing them with expert guidance and assistance, something which is not always the case with their bank manager- Mehul.
As an international student, I found Padmaja's support and guidance to be truly invaluable. Her dedication and remarkable service stand out, and I would highly recommend her to all my friends who have accounts with CIBC, particularly in times of emergency.
I speak highly enough of Padmaja and her outstanding work ethic. It is evident that she takes great pride in her job, and I am confident that she will continue to provide exceptional service to her clients. Bravo to Padmaja, and thank you for your exceptional support!

I had an unfortunate experience with Mehul a few months ago which led me to leave a 1 star review. Since then I was contacted by another employee and felt they took the time to listen to my issue so they could try to help cultivate a better experience in the future. Hopefully not by terminating Mehul. We all have bad days and our holidays don't make it easy.

I also hope you repaired your entrance door! If it's fixed next time I visit I'll adjust my review ;)

Sitting here waiting for it to open. Its 10 am but nobody in sight. 9: 30 is posted on the door, phone message and online. Time to look for a new bank. Nothing but trouble from CIBC.

Branch closed before posted time. Very disappointed. Call them but no one pick the phone, i can see the employee working inside, but no one pick the phone.

I went to the bank to open my chequing account, financial services representative Padmaja and her manager provided me a good quality services.they explained me everything about the account they have and helped me to choose the correct account which I need. Thank you for the wonderful service, keep up the good work.

I find it funny that I spend 3$ at McDonalds and I can use their washrooms and yet I spend thousands at CIBC but I can’t use their washroom as a customer.

If you’re a bank taking thousands from customers you can at least offer them the washroom when they visit.

Currently sitting in line and I've been here for about 10 minutes and the line hasn't moved an inch. There is only one person available to help when you walk yet so many empty station where there COULD be workers. And the line only consists of me and 3 others. Yet the line hasn't moved in over 10 minutes.zero stars if I could. Hire more staff and fire the one who can't get things done in a timely manner. Because she can't even speak loud enough for you to hear her let alone help people through the line.
The worst service I've ever come across in a bank hands down.
Considering giving them a resume just because they seem to need the help so badly.

Always always a long line and wait, why is there always only 2 tellers working?
Doesn't matter the day or time you will be to standing in a line for up to 30 mins for the simplest thing.
Had to switch banks.
Don't come here.

I have dealt with this bank ever since i moved here in 2013 and the tellers are fantastic and friendly and their financial advisor mona is the best i have ever dealt with.they look after all my financial business and i have never had a problem with them ever.they really look after all my needs.keep up the great work:)

Worst banking ever! Nothing but hassles with this branch.they do everything opposite to what you ask them.example. I went into the branch before my trip out of Canada to inform them I’d be using my internet banking and debit card abroad.what they do instead of making note of it like I had asked.yes they purposely froze my account.so what can I do to resolve it.have to call them.do they ever answer the phone? Absolutely NEVER! Closing my accounts with this branch right when I get back home.and this is just one problem, I’m not going to write about the numerous others including the old hag branch manager.can not understand how she is employed there.she is bitter and no customer service whatsoever.don’t like your job or your life.get a new one!

I feel the same about many things going on at this ranch.
I had a 20 dollar withdrawal from the bank machine which i never diid. That was almost five or more weeks ago.
I asked them to look into it and apparently they cant at the branch.
So thee gave me a number to call.
I called it got back a call that left a message with a number doesn't even work. WTH
Then i pay my credit card off with my line of credit because i was toild is was the best thing to do.
It was not a high amount and i wanted to do it my way but was told just do it that way,
Fine.
Then i thought i should talk to the financial advisior Mona.
I go in and not greeted that well really.
Then basically asked what i was doing there.
I explained my situation and how i was feeling and she said that was the right thing to do. But then continued to ask me why i had such a high credit limit.
Well i guess that's my business and i don't want to change it.
Then why don't i set up automatic withdrawal for my line of credit payment.
I felt pressured and uncomfortable when twice i said no but then gave in because i felt bad.
I hate this kind of business transaction.
I knew the minute i said yes it was a wrong idea, as she continued to say to keep your credit great and if you are away and not able to pay it.
Well i go in the branch to pay my bills and i like it that way,
I also have telephone banking which is easy enough to call if i wasn't around or there are bank machines.
And why would i get the minimum payment taken out when i go in and pay more towards it each month.
That is doing it twice.
No thank you
That's just stupid talk in my opinion.
I have good credit pay my bills on time and have no worries with my credit card etc.
I would like to take my business elsewhere.
I have been with CIBC for 30 years.
This is not my main branch i just go here because its closet to my house.
Maybe i should go back to Listowel and see them.
Or better yet another bank should get my business.
