Trying to set up a business acoount. Not sure why this is being so difficult. I was given a card of an individual that apparently travels around the CIBC office that does this. Well i did contact this person and still have not had a response from anyone? !? !

The staff is really helpful. Mr Sunil was readily available and helped me in the GIC activation process. Bank experience was smooth.

I am so happy to share my experience with CIBC at Conestoga mall. Sunil was so helpful and understanding person. Since I was an international student I was not able to take the appointment for the Gic activation, so he helped me a lot and I am able to open the account on the same day i visited to the bank.

Sunil has been nothing but amazing! He is very professional and genuine. He was honest and helpful on setting up our finances with CIBC. Highly Recommend Sunil to anyone!

Sunil Nagra who is the financial services representative, was very efficient in helping me set up my account in CIBC. He is always ready to clear my doubts and help with account related issues. So I really like this branch. The rest of the staff are amazing too. Very helpful people.

Advisor Sourav Singh was very friendly, helpful and professional; he helped with opening account and the whole process was quick and efficient - did not try to "upsell" unnecessary products. Service with a smile - as a consumer, could not ask for anything better!

I inquired about an mortgage last year and they told me they will let me know if I get approved. I have sent emails and they told me they are still looking into it. A couple months later and they still haven't got back to me. I don't recommend this bank.

When it comes to business with the bank, CIBC is indeed the best bank to deal with. The customer service of this specific location is simply outstanding! I would definitely recommend this bank to everyone. Thanks for resolving my issue today without any delay.

I had an appointment with Rachel for 10am, I was there for 10 to 10 and a fat ild man pulled two people out of line and gave them my time, my appointment. I do not have time to wait around to be treated less then and have my appointment given away and I am made to wait. I get one day off a week I made this appointment alomst a week ago and made it clear how important it was but they just don't care.

Very poor experience using this bank. Associates were not helpful and deceiving (all about making sales)

Incompetent people, they dont pick up or return calls, always feel rushed to serve next in line without actually targetting your questions. Tried to understand different saving accounts, but was told wrong information by Nadia. I had to figure it out myself online. Probably will close my account with CIBC soon due to consistently poor service.
