I appreciate Alexandra Sheremet for assistance with account opening and all related questions. Alexandra was very supportive and helped to solve all questions and issues I was having at the beginning of my customer journey in CIBC.

Amazing experience with Laura-Lee at this branch. I needed a bank profile for sponsorship application on a very short notice. Not only did she help me right away and got the documents ready urgently, she also trained her new employee with the process at the same time! Thank you:)

One CSR on a busy Saturday afternoon and lineups out the door. No acknowledgement from anyone. Terrible!

Been dealing with this bank for 6yrs and everytime i need something its a hazzle this time I've had enough we are pulling our mortgage, line of credit and visa and going to another bank wasted 1month of my time for a bunch of bs when it should have been very very simple but like someone said their workers have no idea what they are doing very very sad

CIBC - your customer care is setting itself up to have the worst customer service. Worse than both Rogers and Bell and that is not something to be proud of. Agents either, don't know and when they don 't know they take their lack of knowledge out on the customer or they are just simple rude from the top of call or when you see then in person- Ira Needles at the Boardwalk this occurs every time I visit this branch 8 people in line 1 teller working and the two others in offices are so used to seeing this they turn a blind eye to it. Try and call into the branch as I did. I selected option 3 to book an appointment 8 times and no one picked up. Had I really needed an appointment I would have taken my business else where. CIBC you lack in all levels of customer care. Your a bank and its painfully obvious that you care nothing about your customers only the profits you reap from the outrageous service charges you slap on everything. I no longer have a mortgage with CIBC thank god. I have only a credit card. Ever since PC Financial gave back the banking to CIBC you can see the difference. PC Financial was leaps above CIBC in customer care and now when you call into Simplii you know CIBC has control rude agents, agents who provide wrong information, agents who don't know and the always normal reply no. If you like to hear no and be given no other option CIBC is the bank for you

Well I used to bank at this bank and after 6 months I closed all my accounts and left the bank! There customer service was lousy! I felt like each time you went into the bank it was a hassle as well!

As when they built this location it was poorly planned for a customer aspected as it not very inviting of a branch to visit! I found the branch to be dark, and dull and it felt like a dugeon or cave!

And CIBC is behind in the times when it comes to banking, I thinking there banking app, computer (web) are just behind the times compare to TD and Scotiabank!

Plus they had offered a promo to opening account, which I completed all the steps and I was never given the promised promo! So accounts cancelled and will never bank with CIBC ever again! Very misleading bank!

They had also screwed something with my son and my account up as we have similar names by I am Sr and he’s Jr.and we ensure the bank knew this info!

Again I will NEVER BANK WITH CIBC EVER AGAIN

The branch is managed by a rude and stupid one R*** that not only push you away but make you regretting to have an account with CIBC itself!
