Worst location. Use to be great but as the years go by it’s gotten worse.they try to lock the door 20-30 min prior to closing especially on Fridays when everybody wants to cash a paycheque. Never want to help anyone, They act like robots … if I wanted a robot I would use the mobile banking app and not rush to get there 30 min to close to see they locked the door. Or actually make it inside for them to say sorry we can’t do that come back next week…. This is a bank. We are the client. Our money is inside the bank and they don’t want to give it to us. They say “oh the system needs a manager to override” …. Tellers at other banks are able to help but this location can’t.
I’ve noticed a lot of Cibc branches are starting to turn away clients banking needs forcing to make them go online where we still can’t get a cheque cashed without being held… I cheq that gets deposited every week the same dollar amount from a major global franchise. This is payroll and should be released to the client. Especially when you have never had a NSF or a deposit that bounced. I guess we should all switch to TD or RBC where they actually help you and don’t lock the door during business hours so they can go home quicker.

Horrible bank stay away now one cares over here. The agent I had a meeting with doesn’t answer your emails or phone. I wanted to to follow up with him about my situation and found out he doesn’t work there anymore the teller told me that she will get the manger to call I received no call and I’ve been calling to get a hold of someone so that I can get some new about my situation absolutely no way will I be coming back.

Goals. He was very encouraging and motivational

Extremely inconvenient with their automated machines 90% of their machines are either out of service, does not accept deposits or dispense money. Then there are times the drive thru machines are operating normally, out of service, not accept deposits.etc and vice versa with their machines inside.
02/01/2023: nothing has changed lol, machines don't work

Horribly Terrible avoid it like the plague!
It might look nice and well designed but the staff there can’t recognize their left from right… a bunch of clowns who understand nothing about finances.

One of the worst branch, where their machines are always malfunctioning especially the drive thru and thr ones inside usually has issues. I guess it's a good thing that CIBC respects their employees by not completely going towards artificial intelligence lol

I wish I could give this branch and the bank in itself a zero. Painful. Did a wire transfer, had to wait a good 20 minutes in the queue and then the person messed up my wire transfer.

Had a positive experience at this branch. The staff members are polite and helpful, the branch itself is clean and organized; the atmosphere is welcoming. Thank you for the great service.

Worst customer service ever; nobody ever picks up the phone. Been a CIBC for a long time and not feeling the love. Someday I hope CIBC will change how they do their banking so we can just bank closer to our office instead of having to run across the city every time we need something urgently done.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a while, the tellers have a lack of knowledge of their products and just horrible people skills. If this is not your home branch then don't bother to go in unless you're just doin the basic banking.ie. Atm's only, do not waste your time with going into branch!

Get more staff to this location and other area to attend to your customer and clients. If not you might lose them to other banks who provide reliable services. My mom had to wait on que for over one hour in the sun.
This is due to the high amount of branches temporarily closed.
Even your call service is another issue with wait time.
Get more staff and stop reducing the number. The bank is not the building complex but employees who provide the services needed to attract new clients and attend to pre-existing ones.

Advisors are very helpful. Ask for Marcello or Sandap. Branch ATM's are always maintained. This location also has drive thru. Def good location.

Big line up and only 2 persons were working on counter. Poor management. They don't realize other banking locations in this area are closed and people will come to their bank.

The worst bank to do business with dont give them your money or time tried calling them from 11 am to 2 PM and no answer called the number on the back of my card and even they couldn't get ahold of them this is a complete joke for a bank and every worker in there should be fired if you cant even answer a phone then go home and hide your face like really

The machine was broken when i went to deposit. I told someone but they just sat there and continued talking. Don't recommend at all.

Worst kind of service.staff have no idea about the work they are doing, and they keep you waiting and i had the worst experience of my life. I had requested one letter from one guy and that person told me to come next day to pick up and When i went there, he did not show up in bank and other staff members did not even give good response.and again when i went for the 3rd time, staff said they can't give letter because the person who wrote it, he can only give me and guess what he is on vacation for couple of days and staff are lying about him coming. I would never recommend anyone this branch staff because not only they don't know about work, but also they don't understand customer's time, and lie.
