Every appointment with Chantelle (Manager) and Michael (Investment Specialist) have always been very satisfactory. The different transactions I had with them has been dealt professionally and efficiently. I also appreciated the emails and calls for any information and updates that I need to know. I am glad that I have known such people who knows how to provide the service and care to their client.

Went there twice. First experience was mid but this time around it was smooth and quick particularly Stacey who helped me setting up debit card and activating it. Much appreciated!

I had the pleasure of working with this branch in order to close out my late mother's estate. Not only were the staff here prompt but, they were kind and compassionate during our strained season. The branch manager Chantelle went above and beyond the expectations of service and did everything she could to ensure my mother's estate was closed before I travelled home. Worst service in banking history. Just Terrible. Everyone is treated like there new and they don't bank at cibc. Terrible service very rude
