Very badly run branch. The lineups are forever and they don't return your phone calls. There are other banks on this corner so please go elsewhere for better service.

It’s a ZERO star from me. I have fraudulent transactions on my account and I have been trying to call them for almost a week now. No answer no call back. Their customer service is a complete failure.

The most disguising service I ever had.
This is not my home branch, and I love cibc. But I went there for a quick service. Carla was disgustingly rude and had the biggest attitude. Seems like she just didn’t like me for some reason and was giving me attitude and not explaining simple question.

Never again am I going here.

One of the worst branch.they never honour their promise. Staff promises but are not fulfilled or anything documented.lot of staff changes and so difficult to find the person who promised things. Most of the time the Branch manager is not in office and looks like they do not care for any customer. In the process of closing the account

I was hoping to receive options for my situation but unfortunately didn’t get efficient responses to move forward.
I am now going to another bank that has presented more options with investments and extra help. I’m very disappointed at the lack of customer service. It was extremely frustrating.

Opened a Business account today with CIBC. We booked appointment with Sharmin Pirani. She was so professional. She provide thorough information about Business account and helped us in opening an account. Such employees are true asset of any organization.

I've had some issues with CIBC and their poor customer service. Dealt with Teller Amir at Glenanna branch today. He was amazing and restored my faith in CIBC's customer service. Thank you Amir!

Went in to wire money, landed on a newbie, took 45 min. We'll find out in couple days if it went to the right place.

New guy chased 3 people to help him, everyone was at lunch as the branch piled up with people coming in during their own lunch hour. You'd think a bank would plan staffing according to when people actually come in. Nope! Not at this place it seems.

Asked for a Financial Service rep at start of my interaction with the teller, even told them i brought in my wife and toddler, only to find out after 45 min that all the reps were on lunch and I needed to call them to schedule a time.

Absolute waste of time on this date.

Overall poor experience and unhappy with the service. My advisor was rude and even told me to find another bank. Would not recommend this branch which is disappointing as I have only ever banked with CIBC and so have my parents and grandparents.

Terrible place to do your banking, the black African agent who is at the front desk (I guess his name starts with F) has ZERO customer service, and had zero information about our banking issue and we left the branch without having the solution, after that we called the CIBC call center (I’m glad they solved immediately and very fast) and the call center informed me that the branch also could have fixed the issue. It is so bad to see that CIBC have not trained the staff like him well and giving them the job. I have been with CIBC many years but if I see people like him again and again with an unprofessional attitude then there are many banks could happily provide a better service. So bad so bad.

I was helped at this location by Tammy. She is so patient and helpful. I was there for multiple things and left with all of the issues resolved and feeling really good. It was my first time at this branch and I 10/10 recommend it.

Despite the branch staff being delightful, they do not return emails or calls and I'm incredibly disappointed with the experience at this branch. Our non profit business applied for a credit card with them in January, it is now almost November and we have been completely ghosted by the staff. Incredibly unprofessional.

ANSWER THE PHONE!

This branch is really difficult to deal with. Miss the good old days where CIBC staff actually helped their clients. I moved from Scarborough to Pickering and since being here, mostly had negative experience with this branch.

This branch is somewhat of a joke. They close the barrier between the ATM's and the main area of the bank - their explanation is that it helps prevent robberies. Are you kidding me? You have 1 unarmed security guard holding it open ajar with their hand. HELLO!?

Secondly, I was turned away today because 'there was 7 people ahead of me' and they wouldn't be able to accommodate me because it was too close to 4PM. For anyone who hasn't been to this branch, it's a huge branch with many teller booths. 100% unacceptable treatment for a long time customer; any customer for that matter. Unprofessional branch and terrifically mismanaged!

This location must be the slowest.the staff does not acknowledge you or even let you know that it will be a few more minutes of a wait.they never have more then two tellers on and I was in line for over 25mins. They really need to have less staff wandering around and more staff helping customers.

The wait time is ridiculous even if the bank isnt busy. I understand that they need to precise because they are dealing with money, but they can be way more efficient. I waited in line for 22 minutes and I was at the front of the line. The three tellers were still serving the same customers that I saw them serving when I came in. Two additional tellers hopped on one opened up after five minutes and one just kept on chatting up one of the original three while the line kept on growing.

Really horrible customer service. Have been waiting for almost 25 mins as the associate needed more time to talk to manager. Would like to see more engaged people to make the experience better.

I went there today and the line up wasn't too bad. This rude woman walked right up, ignoring the line up, and went straight to a cashier. I started listening to hear what the problem was as she was making a scene, and I was about to inform her where the back of the line was! It turns out she doesn't even bank with CIBC, shes with PC. CIBC needs to drop PC banking already. I pay service fees to CIBC, so why am I competing with PC people at CIBC to do my banking? The only reason I'm giving them a 4 is because the woman was horrible to the cashier girl, and I think the cashier handled it well.

This used to be a awesome location filled with friendly, helpful and empathetic staff. I was very happy banking with them. I love how CIBC has embraced technology, so it was natural for me to open an account here. That was a couple of years ago. Now, there's a major disconnect between the staff and clients. Every time you go in you see new faces. The staff change-over is atrocious. I have had a different account manager every time I've gone in over the last 2 years and no one is helpful anymore. No one goes out of their way for you anymore. It seems like the client is training the staff on CIBC's own products. I should be charging them service fees.

Slow service for teller line and if you need to use the ATM jut go through the drive through; parking is a hell of a mess since it’s limited and very narrow and overly crowded.

Always a long line, only two employees dealing with clients and they are so slow. The others are just walking around. If you are doing a small bank task, don't come to here. It might take all your day for it.

Only 2 cashier and huge line up. They need to. Manage it better. Waste of 20 minutes waiting in line.
