1 person in line. I waited 35 minutes. Make appointment for noon next day. Arrive 5 min early. Wait 35 min before they take me. Didn’t even help when they did. Brutally bad service.

Zero star. Worst customer service whenever we go they ask to come up with other proofs. Definitely going to switch to other bank. They never respect our time.

The tellers here look miserable. They make you feel like you are bothering them. I can’t help but feel apologetic every time I come to this location.

I recently booked a in-person meeting with Ms. Wong that works at this location. Before the meeting, she called me and tried to make it just a telephone banking. As my needs turned out to be doable just over the phone, I proceeded with just a phone call. I switched my checking account type, but she never informed me what that change could affect my credit card or did she mentioned types of fees that I was going to have due to the change. Following that change, I had to have multiple meetings with CIBC by myself to solve each and every problem. Im never going to visit this location/use the services from this location anymore.

I went to submit a payment during the pandemic. The greeter made sure I was safe to walk in and speak to the rep.the customer service rep, Edam was incredibly helpful and helped me find an option to save money making a payment for my lease. It was great to see that the reps aren't out to make as much money as they can, but rather suggesting cheaper alternatives.

Love the staff here they are great! Azmath went over and beyond in help fix my account in its proper state as there was some issues. Very delighted overall, best branch I have been to for CIBC.

Beware: not every service is offered at this branch currently due to the pandemic (posted in Oct 2020). Thankfully, they will redirect you to the CIBC branch on Dundas and Spadina. I was informed that only advising services are offered to reduce the number of people over there. Nothing bad to say about it, just wanted to give people a heads up in case they were planning on doing some business beforehand. Just make sure you give them a call before going there

I'm a regular customer and often visit the branch. Everyone at the branch is very helpful, resourceful and patient. Whenever I need something urgent, they can always get the service through. In particularly Asmath, who has been very experienced and act on the things that he says. I'm grateful with the service.

This is a great branch with fantastic service. Azmath, in particular, is courteous, respectful, and demonstrates excellent client service. Banking with him is a pleasure and his knowledge and demeanor are assets to the location and to his team!

I've had so many issues with my account that was set up by a different branch. It took 7 branches till this branch figured out and resolved my issue. Azmath went above and beyond. He spent over a half hour to locate and rectify the problem. If there is one cibc that knows how to to their jobs its this one.

I am what we can call a demanding client. I have high expectations for service in general, on both professionalism, client respect and human interaction. I have 15 years of banking experience in 5 different countries. I also don't trust easily, especially banks. It is simple: this team just turned me into a CIBC advocate (which is why I am taking the time to write this review on my own initiative.). I work in retail and we strive to hire the best people to work for our company and to train them to deliver the best experience for our clients, whom we want to treat as our family. So I am particularly respectful, grateful and glad I picked this bank and branch after a very, very disappointing experience right on the other side of the crossroads. And I can say it: I trust and love my bank and these guys! I feel weird saying it but it is so true. I have interacted with 5-6 different people already (both office and desk). They treat me well, value me as a customer, facilitate my banking activities, fix the issues efficiently when they occur, advise me to avoid the issue to happen again even if it is not their fault. Not only do they do their job great and with the right attitude, they also went the extra mile yesterday to fix an issue that occurred during my last money transfer, which definitely earned my respect and appreciation as I am so used to have my expectations not met as a customer, even when the situation would look so straightforward to anyone. I strongly recommend the bank and this team and I would be curious to meet the manager of the branch or the CIBC HR to learn about their secrets for building this delightful customer experience and empowering such a great team and organization to deliver a great service.
You guys earned my loyalty and advocacy.

I've been banking with CIBC for over 8 years now and this is by far the best branch I've visited. The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They've helped me manage my accounts very well. You should definitely bank here if you're in the King West/Queen West area!

It's interesting! Unlike many others I had a great blessing experience here.
It was in busiest time but a nice lady at the front desk answered all my questions and explained everything I needed about TFSA/mutal funds/GIC and I am totally happy about that.

I go to 4 different banks in the area for work deposits and this is by far the worst for time spent in a line. Today I sat there for 35 minutes, first in line with 3 people behind the desk and one person helping someone that clearly had something that took a long time. Even recognizing this, no one decided to help. The 3 years I have gone to this bank it's very clear something is wrong. The turnover rates are a lot higher than the others.

Great service from Walid, he is extremely harworking and dedicated teller what faiza Choudhury wrote in the reviews is completely false as he was new and just started a week back so I hope she can see him now and the rest of the staff at the branch Fariza Sultana, jimmy, clement, ken, sheetal, marcos, eman, vinshu and malick all are dedicated workers

I am frankly surprised at the low ratings for this branch. I went in yesterday because they are close to work to apply for a visa card and was served quickly and efficiently and politely… No complaints.

Awful, long wait, not helpful.had a cracked card that still worked, the manager said i couldn't get a new card without a passport or drivers license, which i don't have.the card was cracked but not broken, the manager was fiddling around with it and broke it in half, absolute idiot.

I was asked to call the branch to get information about a credit card product that was sent to this branch. Does anyone pick up the phone? Been trying for 2 days now and no one answers and forwards me to a voice mail. Ironically, the recording says "Tell us today how we can make our service even better" what a joke.

Terrible terrible service. Teller Walid barely even made eye contact with the customer, not sure how he's in a client facing role. Waited 15 minutes just to have a chequing account closed.

Just came and ask the cashier to do a basic deposit and she didn’t know how to do it. They made me wait for an hour until another cashier came. It was a 1 minutes transaction and I waited 1 hours cause the first cashier were not qualified at all.

DON’T come here so hopefully they will change the staff.

Thinking in change to another bank.

Be warned "4pm closing" on Saturday is a lie. They stand there in their coats and jackets woth all the desks closed, ignoring those who come in. This is at 3: 20pm

Very upset with CIBC, they wanted to close my account because I was doing too many transactions. So lame!
