Poor service.wasting your precious time just by make you wait. Punctual at this place is out of question. Worst customer service.

Although we had to wait a while, we were very well served with Rosamond there! She took the time to help us open a USD account, answered all our questions, and walked us through every step of the set up, all the way until we had deposited and withdrawn our cash. Thank you, Rosamond!

They need to hire more staff… This branch is a real pain if you need customer service.

Wastage of time every-time you went to cibc you have to wait at least 30 min worse customer service

I had an appointment with Ms. Rosamond Nelson and she patiently told me every thing about the charges, interest rate. I asked her many silly questions but she didn't take it seriously infact she cleared all my doubts. Last to last week my 8000 cad had been transferred from my account and I was so worried and sent all the screenshorts to Nelson over the mail and within half an hour she explained me everything. I got worsed service ever from this location of cibc. My representative was Natasha…I just wanted to do corrections in my name and she refused to do that. Then i went to other branch and they did in just few minutes.

I usually dont write reviews, but thisnjs the laziest bank. I was standing out side in the line for 30 minutes and was trying to call them inside for a query. The bell was ringing and ringing but these guyz dont bother any phone calls. Pathetic staff.

I usually dont write reviews but i need to write this one. My worst banking experience with the CIBC bank ever. I filed a complaint about fraud payment on my account. They said we will figure this out in 5-10 business days. It has been 20 days and i never hear anything from the fraud department. I do not recommend banking with CIBC.

I really appreciate their support specially Mr pritesh shah, and Mr jay mistry both are very supportive and provide us best advice and support in our mortgage approval, they always follow up the things and tried to get it done as soon as possible.really like the service of CIBC with such a well supportive staff.

Very very bad customer service and the wait time is ridiculous. I have visited this branch may be 3 times and every time same story. Horrible customer service.

Went to discuss my account related problems. Representatives are never in their seats, left my number with another rep, never got a reply back.

The entire process was a disaster! I have 6 business accounts with CIBC and just started using this branch as it is close to one my businesses. The teller young guy was extremely rude and slow and he tried everything possible not to take my deposits because I had more then 5. People like him are the reasons why CIBC is going down. If I have another bad experience with them I am taking my business to another bank who won’t mind dealing with 15 million of deposits.
