Worst experience I have ever had in a bank. For one money order I had to wait 30 minutes to see a teller and then someone called me to the desk and didn’t know what she has to do and asking someone else making the service slow and then she still messed and had to do the whole process again. Killed an hour of my time

The teller Karen was gracious.
She patiently guided me through accounts setup and taught me how to use the app and ATM step by step.
It’s a great experience

Can someone please explain the egregious work times this building has lack of machines and the machine breaks down multiple times a day and as you know that’s your best bet at ANY service when it comes to this branch at some point revitalizing the locations and not offering adequate services to match will catch up to this bank brand.

I see 4 people chilling at the tellers but only one is open.

This branch should know it’s in downtown in busy area, how come they’re always under staffed, and you gotta wait +30 minutes just to get a card replacement lol.

Unbelievably bad service.they don't have any tellers, except Monday and Tuesday. "sorry we don't accept deposits, except on Monday and Tuesday", even after being told I had to go into a branch. CIBC Management, if you are going to neglect the neighborhood, just shut the branch down, don't try to keep up the fake appearance that you are helping or serving the community.as a shareholder, I defiantly will be selling my CIBC stock

This branch is so embarrassing for CIBC. Their hours posted online and their voicemail haven’t been updated in months. They are only open part time. Customers are constantly being turned away. The security guard at the door is constantly on his cell phone. No customer engagement. Graffiti and paint all over the front of the building — the building is due for a proper restoration. If you do manage to get inside, expect 30-45 minutes just to see a teller. Never experienced such horrible management and operation of a branch.

08-03-2023, time is 1.20 pm. Security didn’t want me to go inside the bank. Because “ we don’t have tellers “ seriously? Close it down man.

Just went to my local branch, door was locked, the security guard unlocked the door to me that there's no staff onsite today. WHAT?
How is that possible? This branch is an absolute disgrace!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, GO ELSEWHERE! PATHETIC!

This branch is always short in staff, big lines up, bad services and if you ask for the manager is never there.

The worst experience ever.
Me and my husband waited on line for more than one hour just to check out a cheque, which was their mistake for doing this as overdraft.
We could not take the money at the moment and it was so frustrating as we were leaving Canada next day. All our money are still on hold and the customer service was terrible.
I wish we did not open our accounts at CIBC when we landed in Canada.
I totally regreted it.

Mr. Ravi Gupta was very helpful. I got my credit card activated today. I appreciate his effort to get the activation issue resolved.

Severely understaffed. Was turned away in the morning because they were too busy. Returned later only to wait an hour in line. Only one person working on clearing the line. I’ve never experienced something like this at a TD or BMO.

If are not willing to operate during normal business hours you should close down the branch, don’t waste your customers time. Thank you for specifying that you are closed on Family Day!

An absaloute disgrace of a branch always either closed or no teller machines opened. Today of a Wednesday the only CIBC on parliament and their doors are locked. Don’t even get me started on the most ignorant security guard. This branch is better off closed down

Worst experience EVER. 1 teller 10 people in line and they are very slow person working everyone else in there cubicle noone asks if they can help you on machine or anything normally at any other CIBC I've been to the managers or supervisors come out behind the desk to ask if they can help anyone in line. Also they had no CASH! So people who have waited in line had to then go to the machine anyways. Ridiculous completely. I will never go to this branch again it should be shut down every one in line was so frustrated one older gentleman waiting over 40 mins to see someone. I would give no stars if I could.

Awful service at this branch, CIBC doesn’t care. I’m slowly moving my accounts to a different bank as I’m fed up - I’ve been a customer of cibc for over 40 years.

Terrible customer service. I get there 10 minutes before closing but the door was lucked and they said it is closed for the day. I begged that I urgently need assistance for something very quick since it was my host branch.but they refused to even listen to my quick enquiry. I will never ever get back to the branch that closes the door by traffic rather that working hours.it is not a trustable and reliable branch

Completely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BY COMING TO THIS BANK! I temporarily live on the block and this bank is only open to the public, there are employees in the bank but nobody can do business. They don't care about clients, just leaving myself and my baby standing out in the cold for half an hour! While 2 men started a fight and were shoving eachother right beside my baby carriage and the security did nothing but stand behind the locked door while myself, baby and another woman were trying to get away and not get hit. An elderly woman walks up and they let her in to do whatever it was she needed to do. While these 2 men were still trying to get at eachother. Why did I not just leave you may wonder? Because I'm in assisted living at the moment and I only have so many chances to get out and do these types of things! AND DID I MENTION THIS BANK IS ONLY OPEN TUESDAY AND THURSDAY? !? !? Staff/employees are quite rude. I'll be glad when I go back home to my regular branch.

The doors were locked before the closing time! All the ATMs are in the locked area as well

Worst cibc location ever. Terrible customer support. They have no clue what there talking about and doing. Security in the front is also a complete joke. This branch should be shut down.

If it's anything barely outside of the normal daily activities, the tellers here have to call a support desk, and they won't honour the terms on the financial instruments if it differs from their own issued instruments.

This branch is convenient located for me, but earlier I tried to avoid as busy location. I was impressed by service in this branch! And this because of new branch manager Victoria. She and her team was attentive to my subject and help to resolve quite complicated issue on time and effective. Thanks for good service, CIBC!
