CIBC Branch with ATM

This CIBC Bank If I could give them no stars as an option I would. Went to print off documents that they didn’t charge me for a week before. This time they wanted to charge me $65 for them. Awful customer service. And when talking to the manager about this matter he call me uneducated. Never coming back to this location again.

Absolutely horrible customer service they open up at 9: 30 AM. I’ve called six times since then and no one has answered the phone. I just drove into the location and there is currently four tellers working, so why can nobody answer the phone

I have been banking with CIBC for over forty years and would recommend this branch to anyone seeking sound financial advice. Darlene is a welcoming & efficient front-line worker. She goes out of her way to assist customers. Wayne is knowledgeable about a vast number of investments - some of which you may not have considered. I trust his advice They all look after their customers well.

I activated my GIC Student account with CIBC and it's been almost 20 days and I didn't receive my initial amount till date. I tried calling bank everyday but there is no response from their side. As a International student I'm dependent only on my GIC amount which is not yet deposited. Facing issues with CIBC services.
