Slow Service, Nobody to greet or answer questions so i was forced to stand in line to see if i could even be helped. Low and behold they were unable to exchange simple cash for me, would not recommend and will be changing banks due to poor services.

The absolute worst Branch in Essex County.
My family has been at this branch since it opened, business and personal. I do not know what has happened but the service to get a teller is the worst banking experience you will ever have! To do a simple business deposit you need to wait in line for 45 mins because the tellers are so slow handling simple requests. Following that 45 min wait you are greeted with tellers who move at a pace that puts a turtle a run for its reputation.
I don’t know if management even cares about their clients but I highly recommend anyone wanting to get their banking to got to any other branch in Essex County. This is outright embarrassing.

Only 3 tellers available on the Tuesday after Canada day 2023. UNDERSTAFFED. Shows how they don't care about client service. Very slow. Took 30 mins with one customer when line was 20 deep.

I would give five stars to this branch and the staff as well I have been with CIBC at this branch for years. To who has assisted me for both my personal and business accounts Nishtha Sharama thank you for all your help in taking time to explain inportant details.

I give five stars to this branch and the staff very professional, I have been with CIBC since 2004 and I was thinking switching banks but thanks to Nishtha Sharma she helped me with some issues at my personal accounts and other matters thanks again ********

This place is a joke. Just went there today to deposit a cheque and had a question about why I got a new credit card in the mail, she took both my credit cards in the back for 30 minutes and I asked a guy and a different teller to please go get that lady with my credit cards and he had an “I don’t care attitude” and the lady next to him laughed. Insanely rude people. Absolutely unprofessional.
