CIBC Branch with ATM

I can’t believe that I went to the CIBC that is located at Keele/Rivermede Rd at Vaughn for a service. I was the first in the line so a guy came, skipped me and went all the way to the end of the line asking if he can help other people. When I asked him what about me then he replied “ sir i was gonna come to you”. As I was the only black guy inside I felt hurt. First time in my life I felt that way. I hope a responsible will talk to that guy.

Visited this week for my banking needs. Experienced staff, no big lineups, was out from the bank in 5 minutes.

I go there for all my in brach services.

I’ve been banking here for 15+ years, and always find the tellers nice and accommodating. Today was no different. Excellent customer service by Marcelo and his team.
