CIBC Branch with ATM

The absolute rudest teller I've ever seen. And not just once. This review is based on 3 encounters with the same man. Eye rolling, rude, dismissive and intensly disrespectful. This man should not be employed. Do not know his name but I feel staff will immediately know who is being discussed. This is habitual behavior. Napanee used to be a nice branch. Not anymore.

Very simple in branch transactions appear to be too difficult for their financial advisor. Absolutely horrible customer experience!

Criminals. Dealnwoth Jordan he's the only one worth your time here. The rest waste your time

This branch in Napanee consistently has one teller. Very poor service. Billion dollar profits. Hire some people.

Would be a lot nicer place if we didn't have homeless sleeping at the atm's.that's the kina stuff that makes people move to another bank.running a business i do my banking before 7am and this is an impact on that.i would have grabbed a pic but left my phone in my truck.

Every time I go into the bank it is an excellent experience, the staff is extremely helpful and know exactly what to do
