CIBC Branch with ATM

I got there at 4: 30 and had the worst customer service … one girl was just making the face… I needed the statement, two girls went to her yo print it but she refused and said come on Wednesday.what kind of service is this

This is the worst bank branch i ever seen in my life. Careless, ignoring clients, neglecting appointments. I'm really disappointed!

Wanted to open an account worst service ever called and called for a few days they don’t answer or return messages…don’t bank here

Despite the abundance of bad reviews, I had a genuinely pleasant experience at this branch. My teller, a lady with the letter M (didn't get the full name), (and had very colorful hair) was pleasant, fast, accurate and nice. No complaints here. I actually went out of my way to get to this branch (I'm from Etobicoke), and glad I did.
Big, clean and plenty of parking.
Again, thank you. No complaints.

I'm so happy with cibc services honestly the best bank in my opinion but this branch specially one guy who serve me cause closing for my acount I did not know what he reported me that time he asked me many stupid questions I knew he does have excellent experience and how to deal with customer he consider himself an investigator

Worse worse CIBC branch experience. No respect for the customers. They take their time to serve customers, plus they discriminate on different racial minorities other than Indian or white, because the majority of employees are Indians. Unbelievable! I’ve been with this bank for a long time and that’s the service I got today. I sat there for over an hour and they serve everyone except myself until. I had to say something.

Called to see if they have tellers still and the guy on the phone was rude. Shouldn't be there if he doesn't want to be. Poor customer service. 0 stars.

Unqualified staff i ask them for balance statement they don’t know anything about it then manager told me we can only give you 90 days old statement and charge you 5$ whereas in Brampton i get my balance statement for free

Terrible customer service and unprofessional staff
I walked in 30 minutes prior to their closing time yet they still refused to help me open an account and told me to come back the next day. I left the branch very upset. Something tells me they don’t care about customers at this branch.

Terrible customer service, rude people and slow service! People who works at there they don’t know what they do, they take their time, they chat they walk around they do nothing! I am so disappointed that I had been there and wasted my time. They need to train people and they need to teach how to serve customers!

Today I met Sylvia she is very healpful. I asked her for paper and she know I have deadline she did her best I appreciate the excellent customer service I received from her. Fatma

They literally have more staff than customers but still manage to have a line-up out of the bank. Majority of employees don't seem to care or do anything at all, rather act like they're doing something. I watched for 15 minutes as an employee put on her lipstick as I was waiting in a lineup with a dozen other people. I feel really bad for the few people that actually care cause all the load is placed on them. Toye tried to deal with the angry crowd, along with a few other people.
