CIBC Branch with ATM

This branch is always busy however staff are doing a great job helping customers. Super nice and friendly staff.

This is my default branch and I like it. Staff is always nice, kind and ready to give you a good advice. You can always contact the branch directly instead of CIBC hotline. At all, I'm satisfied with the quality of service in this branch and CIBC at all.

Worse branch ever.do not open an account there or even walk in.they are so slow and dont have any consideration to people's time.forget about the fact that they have 2 tellers even though its one of the busiest branch

Worst branch. Long wait times. Always put at least 30 min to an hour aside whenever you come to this branch. Tellers are nice but that’s the only positive thing about this branch.

I visited that branch to pay tax. I waited more than 30 minutes although there were serving 4 tellers. Even when I left there, there was line.

Honestly THE WORST CIBC branch EVER.
Hands down. A guy called Alex (a manager level) is not only rude but he is also useless.
I also feel bad about an old middle eastern lady working at the desk because she doesn’t appear to have any clue what she is doing. NEVER again will I go to this branch again.

The advisors are not interested to talk to people coming to open new accounts and gave minimal and different information than whats available online.pathetic service!

I’m not happy with the CIBC and this branch. I lost my Costco Cibc master card and I called and I’ve been told in 2 business days they will send my new card to this branch. It’s already 9 days and no body answer me! The central phone told call to this branch and this branch doesn’t answer me! I’m sick to follow up in 9 days with no response. I went to this branch and I’ve been told I shouldn’t come in person, if card got ready they will call!

Update: After few days I went to this branch and I told them someone called me to come and pick up the card which is wasn’t true! And they gave me my card and I’ve been told it was ready week ago but you didn’t care about your Customer!

The tellers were very polite, patient, and got the work done without any errors.
I dealt with 2 tellers (sorry don’t remember the name). And both were really polite.
