This rating is based on today's experience. I generally would have given five stars because my overall experience at this bank location has always been good. The tellers and staff are generally nice. However, today on my way back from work I didn't realize that today the bank is closed at 5 pm. I usually go on Thursdays and that time is open at 6 pm and I didn't realize. Anyways staff was coming out and at first I didn't realize what was happening. My mom had come in with me and at that time a
South Asian brown gentleman (I am not being prejudice as I am South Asian and Brown myself) turned around and very abruptly said it's closed, next time and instead of holding the door out for my mom let it slam shut in front of her. Where is the courtesy in that? I am wondering if this is the manager because if it is what a shame and I speak for anyone in a manager or customer service role, etiquette and common courtesy are part of professionalism in any job. I was really put off. Please be mindful of these things.

Tried to make me switch a US$ check to CDN first then back to US. No other Canadian bank does this. This is theft.
