CIBC Branch with ATM

Nadia the manager of this bank is outstanding! By far the best customer service I have received in a bank. Also, Sashi the Financial planner at this bank is very good to work with. Not pushy and understands customers goals.

It says atms are open from 7am - 9pm

Well im here at 7: 10am and doors still arent open:/

Id rather deal with a homeless dude sleeping inside the atm area than not being able to access the atm

Worst branch ever! Very unprofessional and slow service. The tellers at the branch don’t care about your time! For something that takes 2-3 minutes, you will waste 25-30 mins if there is no line.

Worst Branch of while Richmond Hill, the Asian glasses woman so rude, poor English, I asked for a bank statement and they gave me a really bad time asking for it, like I was garbage, the manager comes with the word mood that I ever experienced here in Richmond Hill, after they called me to pick up my statement, same glasses woman at branch, ask me for my id for giving my statement, the time she returned my id cards she drop them off on the desk like dropping a bag of garbage. Worst experience ever

Josie and Branch Manager were amazing help and did everything they can to solve my problem. Even though I entered branch 10 mins before closing, they made sure everything all my problems were solved. Thanks for all your help.

Went to use the ATM over the holidays and encountered a homeless man living in the outside atm area. A little unnerving considering it is no longer cold out. I’ve seen many banks close their ATM areas for such reasons. Not really a location I use the tellers but find the location convenient.
