CIBC Branch with ATM

Saturday I visited the westwood branch. The staff in the branch is very helpful and professional especially Ravneet helped me alot.

I went to westwood branch today and the service is very good and staff is also very helpful. All the staff members are very professional and knowledgeable.

Everyone working over there is very nice and co-operative. I went to CIBC westwood mall branch and all staff was really helpful and professional while solving my queries. It was great experience with services which I got from all staff I am completely satisfied by the services.

Line is backed up only one teller
Funny they have over a dozen spots for tellers only one open

I have been a customer with this branch for over 30 years and I can tell you as the decades have passed I have seen a drastic change in the level of service and quite frankly it’s horrendous. When the branch was managed by Italians back in the 80’s & 90’s service was impeccable. Lineups were rare and even if there was a line they had 4-5 tellers which made the line move faster.

The demographics of this community has changed significantly, predominantly South Asian and just like back home they have brought the careless, I don’t care attitude and similar business ethics from India. I’ve been in line for 15 mins, there’s 8 people in front of me and 4 people behind me and 2 customers at the teller. Yes you read that right, there’s only 2 tellers working at 3pm with 10+ people in line. This banks level of service has dropped drastically! CIBC at a corporate level won’t care about this branch, mainly because this branch is located in a low income community……if this branch was in a predominantly affluent neighbourhood where money and power matters…. Then this would be managed differently.

Very poor customer service. Handle custoners in unprofessional way. Even staff is not polite.

Everyone working over there is very nice and co-operative. I was at this branch earlier and this employee named Jasmeet helped me a lot. I had several questions and she was very patient and polite to answer all my queries.

I’m Cibc bank customer I visit this location first time so bad experience very busy time only 2 people working rest have no idea please avoid this location to do business

For a new branch, I highly recommend that head office gets involved for the absolute unprofessional and weak customer service. I can't believe this a a bank.

Staff here is very nice, specially @Rekha. Although it was my first time there I felt comfortable as she listened to me and questionnaires politely.

Malton cibc bank services is very garbage and there employees not quite help and they guys don't know about bank system so my suggestion is don't open new accounts or don't go cibc bank he give very hard time.
