CIBC Branch with ATM

If i could give this place minus stars i would. Numours times they have screwed up my accounts so badly i ended up missing bill payments. TERRIBLE service not smart people. Avoid at all costs

I was at this branch this afternoon. The lady teller was very rude to say the least. She was explaining something about MY account to the man she was training I asked a question and was told to wait until she explained it to him. And I asked for it to be explained to me first since it was my account. She told me to stop jumping down her throat and wait and that she was “trying to give me the service I deserved” I then asked for my cheque and bank card back and was told to wait again. It wasn’t until I got loud and asked again for my stuff back that she handed it back. Horrible customer service. This isn’t the first time this teller has been rude. I will be switching banks

Excellent service, friendly staff. Always go above and beyond, especially during the pandemic.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. 30+ years of our business and still horrible customer service and treat us like dirt. Finance staff laughed when we asked about a mortgage and then 3 days later we were approved. Moved to a credit union and will never look back.

Horrible experience in the half dozen times I have dealt with them. They behave as though they're working at an elite bank on Wall Street. Staff are the worst banking staff I've ever experienced.
