CIBC Branch with ATM

I've never met a teller as petty as Garima. I was there to get a bank draft made. I requested her to waive off the fee. She refused and was very blunt about it. I accepted her response and was waiting for her to make my draft. She needed an override so she called Nav for that. When Nav was doing her thing on the system, Garima whispered saying if the customer asks for fee waive off just say no. I felt bad how they treated me while I was standing on the other side of the counter. I have been with CIBC for more than 10 years and this is how they treat their customers. It's shameful. No wonder why this branch is rated 2.2 outta 5.

Fake CIBC offers, opened account for 7 months after did all offer requirements then offer not loaded, bank employee didn't give reasons and rush to close my account.

The worst branch I have ever seen in toronto.i regret why did i open an account at cibc.the minimum wait time is about 45 minutes.poor customer service despite the customers are waiting in the line the employees do their own job. CIBC managemtFYI

They give absolutely no empthy for business clients, small business or effort to make problems go away. Even when you have the funds.

Worst CIBC experience ever. And from the other comments, I see I'm not alone.
