CIBC Branch with ATM

One CSR named Mansi t was so helpful in assisting she listened to me with so much patience.

Kind and polite people who will help you out with your banking needs.
The girl at the counter was extremely well mannered and took care of my needs smoothly.
People, be patient with others and they'll serve you well.

If I could give them a zero, it would be zero, this branch has no empathy. They are very rude. And this only happens with Indian people who work at CIBC I never go through these hassle with any other race yes I said it the entitlement they have is beyond ridiculous and that’s why I’m going to TD they give CIBC a bad name Aviansh is a horrible teller absolutely disgusting and gives CIBC a bad name

The worst. This happened on July 31st 2023 around 4 PM. There was a girl there with black and pink ponytail hair or something. Wouldn't help me at all! Extremely rude. I even called over the phone before going into CIBC and she didn't even care. If I could have her fired I would but I dont have that authority. Worst attitude. I needed to make a payment on behalf of someone else and the person (CIBC BANK TELLER) over the call told me that I can do that I just have to go in take the paper and the card number they would do it for me. She refused. Such a horrible person and customer service. I'd give negative if there was an option for it. Thank God I'll never open a CIBC bank account in my life. The bank I'm with is the best.

I went to open an account as I have appointment. The guy who gets in sounds rude and the lady help me to open an account is also rude. Overall experience was worst. I would not recommend to anyone to visit this site.

They have a very bad customer service and they seem not to have any answers on ways to help you. I am definitely looking for other banking alternatives

Terrible customer service. The worst bank to do business with. I am NOT with them by choice, costco Mastercard switched. Don't do business with this bank!
