CIBC Branch with ATM

There is always a long wait at this location because there is always only 1 teller open. The rest of the staff hide in the offices and don't come out to help.

Worst customer service ever…very rude staff, almost made me cry…. Always short of staff for sure… no nice tone, no smile.no HELP for sure…. Please make your mind before you go

Rolled change from this location keeps coming up short. Loonies in the toonie rolls, sideways coins so the roll looks full but is not. Coins sometimes come all rusted and dirty.

Just hire more people. I've never came here and waited less then 30 minutes go anywhere else but this place

Worst service and rude employee. Does not cooperate. The teller did not provide any information and do not want to try. Ask me to talk online where no one picks the phone. The bank wants the money bud do not want to provide any service.

7 people waiting in line with one teller and another 5 people in their offices avoiding their customers

Waste of time, (danniel) lady came took me out of a long line that she can help me pay some arrears at her office and she couldnt and i had to start the que all over again. It took me almost 40 min to pay 28$

Even if you make a cash deposit to a CIBC credit card IN BRANCH! It still takes three or four days for it to show on your available balance

If you are in search for frustration and disappointment then welcome to this branch of cibc.

This is second time i am trying to open an account with them in this branch and stuff is having a meeting. Very unprofessional service. Will never go to that branch again.
