Went there for transactions that required a teller 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Each time waited approximately 45min in line,
This branch is a joke and should be shut down as it’s giving CIBC a bad name. I closed my accounts thanks to the pathetic service at this one branch. Any other bank is better. Zero respect to customer service here.

Be prepared to wait if you come here. Today may have been an especially bad day, but their ATMs were down and only one of the three staff at the counter was allowed to deal with cash.

While we were waiting, a customer reported that the ATMs were not working and none of the staff seemed to know what to do with that info. The manager finally came out when there were approximately 10 or so disgruntled customers.

It's funny listening to the comments of folks waiting as they expressed how they had "never had this issue at (insert competing bank name here) ". Also a fun fact, 2 people in the line were there to close their accounts.perhaps a trend?

I have been trying to call this branch to get some emergency information for over 10 times, but nobody picks up.

I scheduled meeting online based on their availability, got confirmation.
No one showed up from CIBC side, called or messaged me.

Just went there and met the teller Hamza. I couldn't tolerate 30 seconds of his attitude. Walked out from the branch without doing my transaction. Closing my account soon

I setup a call meeting in advance and received a confirmation of the meeting itself. Not only did they not call me for the appointment, but not a single call, text, or even email to either apologize for missing the appointment or to reschedule. I am now calling the bank to inquire about them missing the appointment and to schedule for what I actually need (btw, it was for the allotted time they showed for AVAILIBIILITY), and not a single pick-up. No queue of a sort either, I would believe they just do not answer the phone at all.

The worst customer service.been calling them for urgent matter like to follow up the status of my post dated order, they are not answering.been callingt hem for 2hours.does not deserves not even single star

Need more staff. Literally had to wait for 28 minutes.

I just checked few other reviews and man this has been going from last 3 years. They are short on staff from 3 years. This is really crazy. The head office need to pay attention.

Branch closes at 5.00 PM and at 4.15 not even single teller available, there was 8 people waiting in queue no one was there

Wish there was a negative Star. CIBC must have a new policy One City One Teller. 20 people in the lineup and one teller. No other branch in Milton has any tellers. One teller was working hard but she put the client on standby and into the mangers office and discussion was about her schedule for next week. This all happened while 20 customer are in line up. All Mangers should be *****. When I told one of the managers that this branch is the worst, his remarks were "I know".

Sankalp kshitiz is one arrogant person that doesn't know how to apologize hor his mistakes.
Very bad experience with this so called Manager, client advice.

Been with cibc for 25 years and in my life I have never been treated like I was. They treated me like I was some thug trying to scam somebody else's debit card info, I had 2 photo id's and they still asked me for security questions and gave me a hard time, I will never go back to this cibc again and I'm also considering switching banks, this is ridiculous, fire every single person that works at this branch

This is by far the worst CIBC branch, with the most unprofessional staff and management team. My money got stuck in their atm machine and they continuously lied about reporting it for 3 whole months…I spoke with the manager; Sankalp Kshitiz on numerous occasions and he didn’t have the decency to follow up with me…the teller who supposedly is the front manager; an older petite lady is so unprofessional it’s almost unbearable. The two of them basically looked me directly in my face and indirectly stated I was lying because their “machines balanced”. I constantly told them to check cameras for months. They didn’t direct me where to go or who to speak to, so I called the client care number and the employee I spoke with had the matter solved within minutes and my money refunded within 2 business days. This location needs a higher turn over rate. Absolute joke…I cannot wait to take my business elsewhere.
