CIBC Branch with ATM

Went to deposit $80 in my account at this branch. Nov 8th at 9: 33 am. And the ATM jammed, ate my money. The worker there was totally incompetent and told me to call the number on my bank card. It's been over a week and I still haven't got my money back.

I want to highlight and thank Ryan. The last time I came here I didn't get any help, but this time Ryan was very helpful, friendly and tried to understand all my needs. This guy deserves a raise

UPDATE: They have upped their game and really doing well at dealing with busy times and if you are diligent and keep pressing "0" somebody will answer.
Is it a new fashion to never answer the phone? Tried Customer service and was told it is a 40 minute wait for a call back. So I tried in vain calling my branch fro my business account. So far no phone has been answered. To be blunt that is such a lack of respect for their customers. Very frustrating. CIBC has made so much profit surely they can pretend to care about their customers when it comes to phones! It really sucks.

I'd lost my Debit Card, Sawyan got a new card and helped me with the CIBC app setup on my cellphone. Considering that I'd walked into the branch less than five minutes before closing time, he wasn't in a rush at all. Sawyan was very polite and helpful. Great Customer Service! Congratulations!

Went in to the bank to get money, and they were out. How can a business, who's sole purpose is to provide money, operate without money. What a joke.

Horribly trained staff does not know a Canadian issued ID at all I would advise not banking at this branch at all

Lori pratt takes her personal issues to work and takes them out on clients, very unprofessional I been trying to recive bank statements for over a week but I have to hope another employee is at the phone or else I wont get my of information just a rude experince im probably going to switch banks because of her.
