The customer service at this branch, including the management, is significantly lacking. The staff often come across as discourteous and inconsiderate, which can lead to a frustrating experience for customers. To improve the atmosphere and customer interaction, it would be beneficial to focus on enhancing cultural diversity and sensitivity within the team.

During my recent visit, I encountered rude and dismissive behavior from the staff, which left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.

The attitude displayed by the staff members Specially Indian Girls at the banking counter was concerning, as it seemed they were simply going through the motions without genuine concern for resolving customer issues. Their lack of empathy and willingness to assist in resolving matters was truly disheartening.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of any underlying issues. Unfortunately, the behavior I witnessed from the Indian staff members (Girls) fell far short of these expectations.

I urge the management to address this issue promptly, as such behavior reflects poorly on the reputation of the bank. Customer service is a vital aspect of any business, and it is imperative that all staff members, regardless of their background, uphold the highest standards of professionalism and respect towards customers.

Atleast a feedback from every customers who Visit this branch shud be taken in consideration

The line at the front is usually pretty long and as such wait times can be lengthy.with that being said the financial representatives there were absolutely lovely.michelle and john were so helpful and assisted me with my best interest in mind:)

It is clear that posting a negative review here has zero impact on the organization. I see similar issues to mine posted about the same people from months ago. Our issue includes disrespect and discrimination towards a senior citizen who was an existing long time customer. No point in elevating to the ombudsman; per their website they report and acknowledge seniors file the most complaints but indicate their findings support the banks in most instances. Nobody seems to care about the technology and mobility issues of this generation. It’s all about sales and profits as they eliminate respectful service to our vulnerable, aging family members. That will be all of us one day.

An indian lady called Kushal something I forgot.the name starts with the letter K. She was so mucj rude and damn. She didn’t even count money that I want to deposit and starts arguing. She took extra 15 dollars from me. I asked her to count again but she refused, she said she already counted. Her rudeness make me helpless.

Poor customer services, one indian lady was rude, early in the morning she pissed me off. That's not the way she treat customers. She is purely boys oriented, just before me there was a boy customer and she was talking to him frankly with that big smile and with me she was just rude. She didn't say what information she need, just ask me to write down evth I have, what should I suppose to write? Such a poor services.

I came in to open a new account and was seated and told someone would be able to assist me in a few minutes. Almost 20 minutes later a cashier came over and told me that no one would be able to help me today and asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I understand there are times when walk in appointments can not be accommodated, but to wait 20 minutes to let me know is unacceptable.

The Gentleman running this facility leaves a lot to be desired in the areas of honesty, integrity and general customer service.

The frontline bankers (yes, both!) didn't bother assisting me with my concern. They didn't even ask for my account information and just said I have to come back with the "requirements. " My request was assisted through the number at the back of my debit card. JUST OVER THE PHONE.
