I tried to contact them by phone call for a month! No one pick up the phone call, and i went to there location, it need me to call them for solving the problem! That is rediculous!

Went to this CIBC to discuss savings options, school financing, and more. Amir Chahbar was my consultant and was extremely helpful and kind! Would recommend him.

The rudest, most ignorant and unhelpful staff I have ever encountered at any bank. Tellers were unwilling to do work, threw big attitudes, provided wrong information again and again, and let out their animosity towards coworkers on customers.

I'm not sure they lack training or were high/drunk, but the kind of work they do is disgusting. You can tell by their expressions how bad of a job they are doing.

Very impolite and incompetent. This branch is not recommended to have your account open and especially if you are going there for wire transaction, you will just loss your transaction fee. Non Cooperative staff

Poor customer service. Victor asked me to visit bank at a certain time and he and everyone was busy when I went there. Someone attended me so I was grateful for that but later it turns in to disappointment as it took 45 mins with no result. I will have to take a hard decision to move to another bank after 5 years spent with CIBC. BTW I went there for smart account and safe deposit box.

These guys take banking hours to do the extreme closing at three in the afternoon great bank if you’re retired or don’t have a job.

Went to this location after work as it said it was open until 5pm. Girl at front said teller services are only open 10am until 3pm, how useless is that?
