CIBC Branch with ATM

I am with CIBC because of their customer service. I just moved to Collingwood and this is the worst CIBC customer service I have ever experienced. Will probably switch banks

Assisted me with the account opening and card issuance with a minimum time. Highly Recommended.

Extremely slow service. Line up all the way to the door and only 2 service counters windows open to serve people. Expect to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes. Id recommend going elsewhere or to a different town, since it will probably be faster. Very slow service. Would not choose this location again.

Teller was calm and cool doing her best. 9 people inline on a Saturday while one teller processes a guy for 22 minutes and then when actually served have to wait for the withdrawal. However during the wait, advisor was rude when some voiced their concerns about the wait. Avoid branch if you can.

Worst branch ever. Tellers are extremely rude. They also steal your money. I went to withdraw my money and wasn’t given the full amount. Nothing but a major headache. Will never go back.

Not good service at all. Waiting 40 minutes in line. 2 tellers and lots of employees sitting and chatting in there office.

None of the tellers say Hi, Hello How are you? If we say that they dont respond. We say thank you, they never say you are welcome, have a nice day etc.where are the manners? Where is customer service and pleasant experience? Are they not trained for basic manners?

Best branch of CIBC. All staff us very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. 5 stars!

I was here today and had petty concerns.but the staff was too generous to help!

Inform your customers to new rules by e-mail so they don’t have to drive 100 Kilometres for their concern. Very bad experiences thousand dollar loss of mine because of non-cooperative staff.

Terrible customer service from the tellers to the manager. Very unprofessional and rude.
I am surprised these people are allowed to interact with customers.
This branch give CIBC a bad name!

Slowest bank ever! I avoid as much as I can. Never enough bank tellers!
Always at least a 30 min wait!
