CIBC Branch with ATM

Overall, very bad customer service here. The staff is often rude and speak condescendingly. They don’t care about you or your questions/concerns, in fact they make you feel like you’re wasting their time. I recommend going to another branch or bank because any time I’ve been there I left feeling like my presence alone was offensive to the employees. If you want helpful and understanding bank staff this is not the place to go.

I left a 5 star 6 years ago. This Branch would now rate a zero star if possible. Terrible, rude, entitled Staff provide no help, rather they look to how to most quickly send you out the door. They made me feel like I was bothering them. I worked for. 4 Banks in my career. I was disgusted.

I have a CIBC bank account and came in to ask what would happen to my money if I died. The way a middle aged male staff talked to me was very rude as if I shouldnt worry about my money cause I dont look like I have much money. Bad experience! It happened on Sep 13,2023.

Very bad service and experience all indians working here even the manager is Indian useless management I have to wait 3 hours just to open my GIC account. They reminded me of Indian banks! Worst service I would prefer Scotia bank over CIBC!

Ever since they got rid of the tellers this is the most frustrating banking branch I’ve ever dealt with. Always a line up and the most incompetent people working the front desk.

I open my business and personal account. It was such pleasant experience and was so easy and stuff was so helpful. Especially mister ajay really died as through everything and I recommend everyone to do their banking with the c I b c

The ATM hours posted on the door do not actually apply. I showed up at 10: 47 on a Saturday and was very unimpressed when I couldn’t use the ATM… says it’s open until 11… not the case.

Avoid the ATM in the evening or night because the homeless are sleeping inside the ATM area.

Visited this branch to get a certified cheque, Work got done very fast and the teller named Nimmy was very humble and helpful.
Would definitely visit this branch again.
