Terrible customer service! I've been lied to there, disrespected and waited way way to long.
3 more weeks and I never have to step foot in a cibc again! Or ever have to deal with this terrible bank again. I could write a book on all the things that have gone wr9ng I've the years

Worst branch! Every time makes me disappointed. Non-professional clerk made a mistake and had to wait a few days before using my money and I had to pay more interest.
She knows her mistake but never apologizes. I checked her mistakes through other banks, and she and manager only made excuses when I complained to them.

Very pleased using CIBC and Melissa Kunej as our personal business banker. She is very efficient and knowledgeable about the banking products suitable for our needs. Melissa is also prompt in answering our questions plus she returns phone calls emails quickly! Thanks Melissa.
