CIBC Branch with ATM

I have had the worst experience with this CIBC bank branch staff. Usually, I do not visit bank branches since I get the required information from their website or from their call center. This time a customer care representative asked me to visit the nearest branch to find the precise answer to my question. To my surprise none of the staff members of this branch including their manager knows details about a simple wire transfer inward remittance. I had to visit multiple times to find the answer but no luck. The branch manager took my phone number, and I am still waiting to hear back from him. Extremely disappointed, I must seriously consider opening an account in other banks as well.
